Pensavo meglio
Pros:

PRO: vicinissima alla Metro (Norther Line), circa 2 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

CONTRO: la stanza non era come nella foto, molto più brutta e il bagno non aveva neanche il box doccia. La metro passa sotto quindi è un po rumorosa (forniscono tappi per le orecchie). Non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno dello Staff. La prima sera ci si erano scaricati i telefoni e non avevamo il PIN per entrare, abbiamo chiamato con il telefono di un passante il numero sulla porta e non ha mai risposto nessuno. Per fortuna il locale davanti ci ha fatto caricare il telefono!

Pros:

Clean, cheap, most things in good working order, super close to tube. Very quiet at night. Can't comment on staff because didn't meet any - you let yourself in, which makes things easy if checking in late. Nice that checkout is at 11, a bit more relaxed.

Cons:

The fridge was too cold and froze the food we put in it, couldn't see any way to adjust the settings. The road is pretty noisy in the morning, worth bringing good earplugs (tho some are provided which is a nice thought).

Pros:

Location was great, in a walking distance from the tube. Parks, restaurants and shops nearby. The atmosphere in the hotel was very cozy and the person working in the reception was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

Good enough for a short stay but would not recommend for multiple people for multiple nights.
Pros:

Very close to Clapham South tube station and other facilities like shops, cafes and pubs.

Cons:

The sheet/mattress topper on the pull out sofa bed had multiple stains on it and the cleaner had just flipped it to try and hide this. The shower walls were thick of grime and mould is growing on the wall and ceiling. There were splash marks of drinks etc on the doors.

The walls are very thin and we could hear every word our neighbours said. And the windows were not very thick so it was cold and the street level noise was loud.

The manual gate is very heavy to pull open if you're parking a car in the designated area so I would not recommend staying here if you have mobility issues.

Pros:

Location was excellent and staff were attentive. Drinks selection was good and bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

Shower wasn’t fully working (temp controls didn’t work properly but water pressure was okay) and noise was an issue due to thin walls although earplugs were already provided to remedy this.

Gentleman at the reception was lovely and accommodating. If we n see anything it was done straight away.
Pros:

It was very close to transport and shops. Just what we needed to be in great location to visit family. Very safe area.
