Pros:

Clean comfortable modern excellent service breakfast was superb cooked fresh. Fresh strong coffee was lovely. Toiletries in the room. We had crisps popcorn biscuits nescafe sachets excellent so many places you go now has cheap versions of coffee. Water in the room also hair dryer iron mini ironing board our room had large deep bath and separate shower lovely crisps white towels and bedding. Bed was comfortable with excellent pillows. Just 5*

Very nice surprise. Glad we chose it.
Pros:

The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. It’s a very welcoming hotel. It’s a very clean and charming place. Fully stocked bar. Definitely worth the visit and the price.

Cons:

Old sash windows have become difficult (or virtually impossible) open.

Pros:

Rooms very clean, warm and spacious. The weather was bad but there were hotel umbrellas to use, which was a nice touch. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Cons:

Not applicable. the Host was very informative and accommodating so no issues with our stay. Parking may prove an issue for some but we found on road parking and left the vehicle there all weekend.

Weston at its best
Pros:

We had a well-appointed room overlooking the bay (Room 2), large comfortable bed, well equipped. Everything we needed for our 2-night stay. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra heater, sufficient storage space, a desk and small table, two armchairs, pleasant lighting, good shower.

Breakfast was plenty and excellent quality, with yoghurts/cereals plus a full English or whatever you would want to choose.

It was quiet, being in a cul-de-sac, but just a 5 to 10 minute stroll into town / to the seafront.

Even out of season there were a good number of different eateries to choose between in the evening, and the hotel and room were beautifully warm on our return.

Downstairs is a pleasant sitting area with a few board games, comfy and warm too.

Staff were so friendly and chatty, and professional too.

A great find. Would definitely stay here again!

Do note that there's no lift.

Best break for many years.
Pros:

Everything. Made to feel so welcome. Hosts were exceptional. Lovely location and spectacularly clean and warm. Breakfasts would be hard to beat. Nothing was too much trouble.
