Pros:

Alexander at the reception & Toni at breakfast were both so accommodating, genuinely friendly, efficient and pleasant. They are true assets to this hotel.

Pros:

L'accueil très chaleureux, le personnel s'adapte au client (au niveau de la langue), ils sont au petit soin pour les clients avec le sourire. L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre est très appréciable.

Cons:

Dommage que la literie soit aussi dure et les oreillers fins et fermes. Il y a un gros problème d'insonorisation également, surtout au niveau de la tuyauterie(évacuation des wc-douche) c'est assez dérangeant... Je recommande de prendre des boules quies avec soi...
