New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.

Pros:

L’emplacement et proximité du centre

Cons:

Confort de l’appartement : la description mentionne une chambre avec un lit double ainsi qu’un canapé-lit. Cependant, lorsque nous avons voulu utiliser ce dernier, nous avons constaté que le tiroir contenant le matelas n’était pas correctement fixé au canapé. Le quatrième couchage correspond en réalité au matelas du canapé, qui s’est révélé inconfortable et peu digne d’un véritable canapé-lit. La prestation est donc décevante au regard du prix payé.

Suite à notre échange avec l’accueil concernant nos insatisfactions, il nous a été proposé de changer d’appartement pour un logement avec deux vraies chambres, mais en payant la différence. Nous avons refusé cette proposition, estimant qu’il n’était pas logique de payer davantage alors que nous étions déjà déçus par la prestation initiale

Par ailleurs, il n’y avait pas suffisamment de couvertures ni de draps à notre arrivée, même si ceux-ci nous ont été fournis rapidement après demande.

Nous avons également constaté que le sol n’était pas propre.

Mejor de que lo esperaba.
Pros:

Apartamentos con mucho espacio, terraza grande con tumbonas y vistas al mar.
Lugar tranquilo y bonito. Cerca del centro y la playa( 10 min) .

The apartment was very good.
Pros:

Location was great, very close to oldtown square. The apartment was great too, especially the balcony and the little area you the side which had table and chairs along with 2 sunbeds. The swimming pool was also lovely.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the sofabed. It kept creaking when I was sleeping on it at night.

Overcrowded with loud 20 something people.
Pros:

Views from apt with balcony . Natural light.

Cons:

Windows into hall with no coverings available. No cloths in kitchen for cleaning . No dishwasher. Uncomfortable bed. No soundproofing . Need pads on chairs feet in/ outdoors. Hear all Neighbors at all times.pool area always full. Dipped in pool once. No loungers available always taken . Won’t return here .

Pros:

Sehr großes Apartment mit großer Küche, Blick auf den Innenhof, Terrasse. Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Couch war voller Krümel, In der Küche gab es sehr wenig Ausstattung, kochen wäre so gar nicht möglich gewesen, wir waren aber nur eine Nacht dort. Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht einschalten, die Dusche hat ein Lüftungsfenster zum Gebäudeflur.
