Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.

It was a nice hotel overall but I wish more info was given at the reception desk when checking in and that the rooms wer
Pros:

It was a nice enough property fairly small but quiet at this time of the year.

Cons:

The reception staff weren’t very informative when we where checking in didn’t explain where the pool is or anything. The room also wasn’t so clean I found a hair on one of the towels and the crockery was a little bit fility looked like haven’t been used for a while.

We had a love stay here but be wary of the steps
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are a little dated but it was spacious and has an everything needed. Lots of storage space and a well equipped kitchen. Pool area is stunning and the small bar is a bonus, as is the kiosk in reception from which you can buy drinks and ice cream.

Cons:

Simply the location was not the best as the Old Town can only really be accessed by the steps up and down. By no means are we opposed to walking into town but after 3 days and several trips per day, it gets a bit much. It would be better if you could get breakfast on site or nearby without having to go down the steps but we didn’t see anywhere close.

Lovely property, there was plenty of room for everyone. And the staff were lovely, they helped drive out bags across to our room to help us avoid carrying bags down the steps. We had an amazing time x

Ampio monolocale, ben arredato. Ho apprezzato la pulizia. La posizione è ottima, lontano dal trambusto della cittadina, ma abbastanza vicino da raggiungerela a piedi.

Cons:

Una bottiglia di acqua da un litro e mezza 3.80 euro è decisamente troppo, considerato che solitamnete una bottiglia d'acqua è in omaggio in qualsiasi hotel.

Pleasant experience and good memories in Albufeira in Albufeira
Pros:

The apartment was exellent, big, neat and well equipped with large terrace and a nice wiev to the ocean.
The officer of the reception was very kind and helpful. We got help immediately with our little problems. We were very satisfied!
