Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Personnel de la réception accueillant et très sympathique à l'image de tous les portugais que j'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer. Emplacement stratégique pour aller au centre ville et la plage sans subir les nuisances sonores des bars. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir les autres parties d'Albufeira.

Cons:

Le nettoyage de l'appartement n'était pas fait selon le calandrier annoncé, il fallait réclamer à chaque fois pour que la chambre soit nettoyée.

Great property, such friendly staff and the 24hr reception was handy. Great location, less than 10 minute walk to the old town however walking up those steps the way back is killer 😂
Staff were so lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Only issue we had was with ants, we found them in one of the bedrooms and told reception, someone came to clean the room soon after and didn’t have another problem in that room. However we found more ants later on in the bathroom and sofa. We again alerted the housekeeper who called and said she would be back but never returned. Only issue we had though overall great stay.

Hôtel très calme, lits confortables, appartement assez bien équipé, personnel très serviable

Cons:

pas grand chose à part la situation en hauteur par rapport à la vieille ville un peu fatigante en montée.
la restauration n'est pas prévue mais des super marchés et le marché municipale ne sont pas loin.

A lovely place

I am blown away by the kindness and friendliness of the staff in ALFAGAR CERRO MALPIQUE!! A big thank you to Ibhram(hope I’m spelling it right) and his friend who was a super security guard protecting residents of the apartments while also providing a good sense of warmth and humour. For us alfagar wasn’t just any normal apartment, it was OUR home❤️. We seriously can’t praise the staff and our lovely spacious room it was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in in Portugal. Obrigada❤️❤️🇵🇹
