Im Allgemeinen waren wir zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns gefallen.
Auch die Lage ist sehr schön und das Personal höflich und sehr zuvorkommend, TOP.
Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr bequem.
Wir haben die Flaschen Wasser und die Kaffeemaschine sehr geschätzt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schön aber sehr hellhörig.
Im WC/Dusche sind einige Fliesen gebrochen oder haben sich gelöst. Und beim Wasserhahn fehlte das Endstück deshalb war Vorsicht geboten beim Benutzen. Das Frühstück war eigentlich gut. Nur die Brötchen waren sehr trocken und nicht frisch. Uns hat frisches Brot oder auch Toastbrot gefehlt.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.
Pros:

Great location and good facilities. The hotel was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a simple but good restaurant on site. The reception staff and personnel were very kind and welcoming.

Cons:

The EV charger did not work during my stay. The app and website for the charger were down, with multiple registration issues. It is not the hotel’s fault since the charger is not managed by them, but it was something I needed.

Hotel Capolago una sorpresa piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

Parcheggio comodissimo di fronte alla camera, bel giardino, colazione piacevole con ampia vetrata su Capolago cibo di buona qualità. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, sempre con il sorriso sulla bocca.

Cons:

Non vedo cose da migliorare anche il personale che fa le camere è molto gentile. Non si parlare che bene.
