Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man frische Luft und Ruhe möchte.

Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zum einen hat die Rezeption felsenfest behauptet, dass die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Tatsächlich hatten wir jedoch, obwohl wir sie testweise auf 16 °C eingestellt hatten, durchgehend über 20 °C im Zimmer. Die Hitze und die schlechte Luft waren eine Katastrophe.

Wir waren beide mehrfach an der Rezeption, um die Situation zu schildern. Da wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatten – und das Hotel ausschließlich über Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt – konnten wir nachts weder Fenster noch Türen geöffnet lassen. Eine Kippstellung war gesperrt; es gab nur die Möglichkeit, alles komplett zu öffnen oder geschlossen zu halten.

Hätten wir im Vorfeld gewusst, dass das Hotel ausschließlich Zimmer im Erdgeschoss anbietet, hätten wir dort nicht gebucht.

Zudem empfanden wir es als absolute Frechheit, dass um 23:30 Uhr leere Flaschen in den Glascontainer direkt neben den Zimmern entsorgt wurden. Der Lärm war enorm, und wir sind dadurch regelrecht erschrocken.

Darüber hinaus fühlten wir uns durch den Lärm feiernder Jugendlicher im Hotel erheblich gestört. Hier hätten wir erwartet, dass das Hotelpersonal eingreift und für Ruhe sorgt.

Eigentlich hatten wir drei Nächte gebucht, sind jedoch aufgrund der Umstände vorzeitig abgereist und in das UNA Hotel Varese gewechselt. Dort hatten wir deutlich mehr Ruhe und ein angenehm kühles Zimmer. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war dort klar besser.

Dieses Hotel können wir definitiv nicht empfehlen. Sehr schade.

Beaucoup de balade aux alentours, les lacs , majeur ou Côme, Lugano vraiment bien placé

Très jolie extérieur et l entrée très agréable et très spacieuse avec plusieurs petits salons

The pizzette at breakfast are to die for! Staff is polite and helpful, the location is excellent, facilities are very good.
