Zum Übernachten ausreichend für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels sowie das Frühstücksbüffet waren ausreichend. Positiv haben wir die Parkmöglichkeit direkt hinter dem Hotel gefunden.

Cons:

Die Teppichböden sind im gesamten Haus stark verschlissen, der Geruch in unserem Zimmer war trotz offenem Fenster unangenehm, auch bei Buchung eines Doppelzimmers bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten

Pros:

Es ist sehr ordentlich und sauber.Die Betten sind bequem und das Frühstück hatte eine SUPER Auswahl. Vor allem war das Personal sehr freundlich.Immer wieder gern,sehr empfehlenswert, zumal auch der Bahnhof in der Nähe ist,wenn man kein Auto hat.

Pros:

I have visited this hotel on many occasions. I keep going back for the great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and exceptional value. I honestly can say I would not consider another property in Wittenberg.

Pros:

Wie auch einige andere vor uns festgestellt haben, ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte etwas renoviert werden. Aber dennoch war es sauber und ordentlich. Zwar hatten wir keinen Schrank im Zimmer, aber das war auch ok, denn wir waren ja auch nur 2 Nächte dort.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbufett war reichhaltig.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Der Teppich könnte erneuert werden, aber sonst gab es nix zu meckern.

Gute Lage sehr bahnhofsnah
Pros:

Koffer konnte schon vor Zimmerbezug abgestellt werden. Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Geräuschkulisse im Haus war eher laut.

Never stay here!
Pros:

This was my worst experience ever with a hotel. Ever!! Terrible!!

My family of 5 arrived at 10:20 pm last Friday night. The entire hotel was closed and locked. I sent a text via booking.com…..no answer. I sent another text via booking.com…. No answer. We each called their phone number…….no answer. It was late. We were tired. We had no way to reach the completely locked hotel. The sign on their door says their lobby closed at 11 pm. We called, texted, everything— no answer. After about an hour we finally got in. Found our rooms. There was No internet access in our rooms. Zero. We needed the internet to plan our next day.

At 7 am the next day I went to the receptionist and told her what happened. She apologized and said breakfast would be free. We sat down for breakfast, and the same receptionist said breakfast would not be free. Incredible!

This is a terrible place. Do not stay here!

Cons:

We could not check in because the entire hotel was locked at 10:20 pm on a Friday night.
The hotel had no way for us to reach them to check in,
The hotel did not respond to our booking.com messages or phone calls.
The hotel had no working internet.
Receptionist was rude and not apologetic.
