Soggiorno poco piacevole

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una vacanza di tre giorni in questa struttura, ma purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza del prezzo pagato né di un hotel a quattro stelle.

Eravamo due adulti, un ragazzo di 14 anni e una bambina. Ci hanno fatto pagare una camera aggiuntiva per nostro figlio, sostenendo di non avere camere triple. Entrando nella nostra camera, però, abbiamo trovato un letto matrimoniale e un lettino: per questo ci siamo sentiti presi in giro.

La camera era poco pulita, c’era polvere e il letto era stato rifatto con poca cura. Anche l’accoglienza è stata deludente. Durante la colazione non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci e abbiamo avuto difficoltà persino a trovare un tavolo apparecchiato. La colazione era nella norma e non offriva niente di particolare.

Avremmo voluto prenotare dei massaggi rilassanti, ma non c’era mai disponibilità; siamo riusciti a usufruire soltanto di un massaggio di 20 minuti. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto informazioni alla reception per fare un’escursione a cavallo, ma la nostra richiesta è stata completamente ignorata.

Le uniche esperienze veramente positive sono state l’istruttore di padel, molto bravo e disponibile, e la piacevole passeggiata in bicicletta. Considerando il costo del soggiorno, ci aspettavamo maggiore attenzione, pulizia, organizzazione e professionalità.

Andato tutto molto bene, ottima struttura sia per una sola notte che per soggiorni più lunghi.

Ottima spa, piscina bellissima e pulita, abbiamo fatto un massaggio top, stra consigliato

Cons:

Prezzo leggermente alto, ma la grandezza della struttura giustifica forse il prezzo.

Il ristorante ha un menù basic, e di bassa qualità, per mangiare andrei sicuramente altrove.

La struttura è bellissima in ogni suo angolo la posizione la vista, gli arredi, le camere ovunque buttavi l’occhio c’era del bello da vedere.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un super petit séjour dans cet hôtel. Le lit est super confortable j'ai passé de divines nuits. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct. Nous avons profité du spa (3h pour 45€), il est plutôt complet et le prix reste accessible ! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'Ombrie quand on a une voiture.

Cons:

Le restaurant est peut-être un peu trop cher.
