Pros:

駅から比較的近く便利、宿泊費が安い

Cons:

事前にメッセージで連絡をしていましたが返信が無かった
洗面台の水栓（取手）が簡単に外れてしまい、驚きました。
何とか使用できましたが、スタッフが少なく手薄な印象でお伝えできませんでした

最高の思い出
Pros:

横アリに近くてお部屋も清潔ですし、スタッフさんの接客も申し分なしで今年からオープンした朝食ビュッフェもあり(ランチやディナーも可)大好きなホテルです。

A good C/P hotel for staying around Shin-Yokohama
Pros:

1. The room size is larger comparing to the business hotel around with large desk and a small table.
2. The room facilities are good enough. TV can support Youtube and cell phone mirroring as well.

Cons:

The breakfast is good enough but can have more options if possible.

立地もよくめちゃくちゃライブに集中して満喫できました。
Pros:

アリーナに近かったこと。
当日めちゃくちゃ暑くて購入したグッズを置きに行ったり、涼むために戻ったりと徒歩3分だったので助かりました。
スタッフはとても感じ良く、館内もとても綺麗でした。また利用したいです。

快適でした。
Pros:

お部屋が清潔で、備品のシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープの使い心地が良かったです。
デスクが窓側にあり、広々と使えて物を置くのにも便利でした。また、フロントのスタッフさんの挨拶も明るく、気持ちが良かったです。
