Was part of a weeks trip for R & R, & stay was most enjoyable
Pros:

Food was very good, staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the room were lovely! the lift to upper floors was a definite benefit too! all in all, a very pleasant 2 night stay, & no problems encountered! 🙂

Fantastic location offering great food and customer service.
Pros:

Wonderful location by the canal, a great area for walks to Lancaster, Galgate and Glasson docks to name a few.
The food served is excellent both for evening meals and breakfast. All the people that we interacted with were lovely, great hospitality.

Cons:

The room ,whilst having great views and being spacious, was fairly basic when you compared it to the rest of the venue and other hotels which we have stayed in in Lancaster previously.We felt that it let the stay down a bit. I have addressed the things that we thought could be better directly with the hotel.
