(+) kind and friendly staffs. quite and relaxing atmosphere. good location. smooth chk in and out.
(-) only 4 pool beds. (ant is everywhere. had more than 10 ant bite)

Price vs quality is the best you will find. Very comfortable stay. Room and facilities was great. Staff is very friendly.

Wasn't Sure about this place when I booked the first 2 nights online before I got there. Needless to say I stayed two more nights because the professionalism and friendliness of this entire staff. I felt safe and like part of a family ( i went to Boracay alone) but felt I had a new family with me the whole time. Rooms weren't brand new but close and exceptionally clean. I WILL GO BACK

Good service and location. But the food and room really needs to get better. The bed has 2 old stiff pillows. They should at least get some proper pillows for the guests.

Stayed for 4 nights & was pleasantly surprised. Location & customer service were the best perks of my stay :) Ariel’s house was definitely a gem & I enjoyed having breakfast by the beach every morning :) Hotel & Restaurant personnel were very helpful & greeted me everytime i saw them & i always felt safe & taken care of also. I was working for the first 1-2 days though, so the only improvement that i would suggest would be the weak wifi access & it was a hassle having to login every 20-30 mins (i did try another accommodation where the wifi was alot better though). Besides that, everything else was great. When i come back to Boracay, i would consider coming back to BBC.. prob just bring your own portable wifi device ;) Ariel’s point is a must try also!

Very good 3.5 star hotel!
The staff is super accommodating and friendly, specially Leonel!
Breakfast is plenty of options and served in your room, swimming pool or at their beach bar with a great view!
The hotel is quite quiet and the rooms are big and very well cleaned/maintained.
You get a welcome drink on arrival and you immediately realize you're gonna be treated well.
Decent swimming pool and chill area where you can have a drink too.
Situated on the main road but just in front of the beach (10 meters)
The area is fairly close to the D'mall and the mess but still far enough to not be bother with noise and traffic so we easily walked everyday there and back twice, sometimes on the beach, sometimes on the main road with no problems (Max 10 minutes).

Great location away from the busy station 2. Beautiful sea view from the breakfast area.

Good Sea front property but approach to hotel from the main road is a challenge specially if you are coming on tricycle.

일단 모든 직원들이 마주칠때마다 기본적으로 미소와 함께 인사를 해 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 조금 되어 보이는 방이지만 깨끗하게 관리되어 있습니다. 다만 옷장에서 곰팡이 냄새가 심해 사용하지 못했습니다. 다른 방은 괜찮네요. 에어리얼 하우스 조식이 맛있다는 평이 많은데 조식 외에도 진짜로 다 맛있습니다. 마지막 날 호텔에서 픽업하는 시간이 오후 5시였는데 12시에 체크아웃 하고 나가는 길에 짐을 좀 맡아 주실 수 없는지 여쭤 보았는데 정말 감사하게도 사장님께서 빈 방이 있으니 원한다면 5시까지 추가요금 없이 더 사용해도 좋다고 하셔서 출발 전에 충분히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔의 장점을 딱 세가지만 꼽으라면 모든 직원들이 친절하다는 점과 에어리얼 하우스 식사가 상당히 맛있다는 점, 매우 조용하다는 점 입니다. 덕분에 정말오 즐거운 휴가를 보냈습니다.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel is not directly on the beach but this is just a matter of crossing a small street. The hotel provides the option to enjoy breakfast on the beach...and that is really nice.
It is outside the busy area of station 2 and D'mall. But that's how we like it: strolling to d'mall along the beach takes just 10 minutes and once you are back you don't have the noise and crowds so you can sleep in comfort.

The staff and the management are very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel and the pool were cleaned every day.

저렴한 가격과 아늑한 호텔~ 친절한 직원과 길건너 바로 화이트비치~! 디몰까지 5분이면 갑니다 ㅎㅎ
비치를 바라보며 먹는 조식은 꿈같이 좋았어요~ 다른 고가 리조트보다는 크진 않아도 습하지 않은 방과 에어컨도 빵빵하고 좋았습니다~ 단 바로 옆 건물 공사중이라 조금 시끄러웠네요 공사는 언제끝날까요? ㅎㅎ 또 가면 가고싶어요~ 타올도 무한대로 빌릴수있고 좋았습니다 굿굿 만족! 또 가고싶네요 보라카이~

It was great distance from the beach. Having breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the beach, with all the people strolling by, was the highlight of our stay.
