Red Ginger Chic Resort

An absolutely fantastic stay. The pool was lovely and I think the eco initiatives of the hotel are fantastic. We upgraded and got pool access rooms, they were phenomenal. The only issue at all was the hard beds!! The location is great too

Staffs are very polite helpful and courteous. This is our 2nd stay at this facility. Will come back again.

Everyone at the resort was outstanding I love everything at the resort it was outstanding. The staff, the room, the pool. I did not want to leave! I will definitely be retuning here. Not enough time.lol

Hotel was overall ok, a little tired in places and sometimes the service was a little slow. We were given a voucher for 15% discount and was told we could put food and drinks on the room and claim this when we checked out. Unfortunately when we checked out we were then told this could only be applied if we showed the voucher at the bar every time we ordered. Bedroom was cleaned thoroughly each day and the pool area good.

Great hotel if you don’t mind it being Asian style with decor in red in almost everything. It can become scary for some people but for us it was fine and beautiful. Room are spacious. Everything work great. The pool are great. The front desk are extremely helpful and kind. The down side are they only give you 1 key for each room so if that an issue for you then be warn, it was not a big deal for us. Just kinda have to wait each other to do thing tho. Also if you get room with 2 floor; I can’t remember the name. The upstairs room kinda noisy from the wood when walking. So far we have great experience except when we went to the pool bar and order drinks. I usually stay with beer so no issue but my husband got mojito cocktail there and it not drinkable. By the time he tasting it, our bartender left and a new guy were there we nicely tell him if he could remake or make us something else because it doesn’t taste like mojito … talking from my husband who has been over 30 countries and have countless mojito in those countries. The bartender got back to me oh it because it different color sugar. Talked like we never have mojito before. It’s not about sugar, it the entire taste. It doesn’t cost anything to remake and for us he should remake it. We tips people more than the food or our drinks cost so it’s not about the money but it’s about principle. The drink were full when we left but he could careless. I really not appreciated that at all.

Loved the hotel atmosphere, spacious rooms, Asian design, felt like was going back in time.. great breakfast selection, fresh fruits, ground coffee..

Hotel location is great, close to shops, night market and boat connections to other beaches..
The hotel gym needs renovation vow.. also the bedding and robes in our rooms were quite worn out..

OK, nothing special

it's a decent place with super friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. the rooms could definitely benefit from an update. the lobby area is great though, if the rooms matched this vibe it would be tops marks from me. the location is unbeatable, very close to everything but not right in the middle of it, which you will appreciate as Aonang can get very busy and loud.

as a comical aside, our room included a "conplimentary open mini bar", which ended up including just 2 cans of coca cola and was never replenished.

L'hotel à besoin d'amour et d'entretien. La piscine assez sale. Mais pour le rapport prix qualité c'est OK pas plus. La chambre n'a aps ete fait et aucun changement de serviette de douche. Bonne emplacement parcontre.

The staff were gelpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and i received an uprade. Swim up bar was great for a solo traveller to meet people.

Fantastic hotel. Great pool, staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has eco friendly policies like refillable water, no plastic bags in bins etc. the food is good, location is excellent. Only 10 minute walk to both beaches.

Good hotel for a reasonable price

The name chic best describes this property! The room was very cool looking and comfortable! Had a small patio with a swing, table and chairs and hanging rack for wet clothes. The room had great AC and a comfy bed. The wifi service was a little slow but not horrible. The breakfast was decent with options similar to most hotels I stayed at in THailand. The pool was really nice! Very clean, big and also looked great. They have a small gym that has very little. However, when I was jet lagged and woke up at 5am, they opened it up for me and i was able to get a work out! I accidentally left my headphones by the front desk when I was waiting for my grab. Asked them to ship them to my hotel later in my trip. They gladly mailed them! Cannot say enough good things about this resort! Would definitely stay again!

Only stayed a couple of nights and really only slept there but bed comfy and we requested a quiet room and got exactly what we asked for, walking distance to shops and bars

Always use this hotel when using krabi airport...come here for 2 or three days ..fantastic pool ..large room with comfy bed and in a great position for everything ...can walk to the streetfood night market ...catch a longtail to the islands ....
