Après ma réservation impossibilité de séjourner sur place à cause d’un problème informatique.
Je comprends pas qu’un employé ne puisse pas prendre la décision d’ouvrir une chambre et de laisser un voyageur fatigué par la route se reposer à 1h du matin…

The fact that I actually got my refund
On arrival a very slow check-in service.
Booked through Booking.com on a half board deal. When we checked out they said that they did not have us checked in for this deal. They presented me with the payment and I told them that it was far too much and could I see a breakdown of the bill. I was told I had to pay before I could see this due to the way their system worked. When the itemised bill was printed out we had been charged for half board and 62 euros for another meal which we had not had. The manager was not in on a Sunday so they could not sort it out that day. We were later on in the day refunded but a very stressful experience.
Our room was overtaken with a baby cot although we did not have a baby and the food in the restaurant was dreadful. We ordered a desert which didn't come. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this hotel and the only reason I have given the score of 2 is because the staff were friendly.

I had a great experience overall. There was a good selection of fresh bread and pastries, and the coffee was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it's a dog-friendly spot, which was a nice bonus. EV chargers are available on-site for an additional €10.
The only downside was the air conditioning. It was over 40°C outside during our visit, but the temperature inside couldn't be adjusted, so it was warmer than we would have liked.
Un Novotel avec un jaccuzi extérieur et des transats installés face un petit ruisseau, charmant et tellement agréable. Une piscine intérieure et un sauna ont fini de me combler après une belle journée de route. Pour le reste un Novotel sans surprise mais conforme à son standard. Bien.
