Très bon séjour
Pros:

Logement très propre et confortable, personnel très accueillant. Nous avons passé qu’une nuit ici mais nous serions bien resté plus longtemps.

A lovely complex, Pool area always tidy and a lovely restaurant on site staff friendly and good atmosphere. Accommodation was lovely and plenty of space and would definitely go back again.

Great accommodation and great holiday.
Pros:

Superb apartment. Spotlessly clean and maintained. Spacious, comfortable with a great sun terrace at the rear. Great facilities, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. Lovely poolside area, heated pool and pleasant poolside bar and restaurant.

Cons:

The only slight issue we had was having to run the hot water (shower) for several minutes to get hot water. Such a waste of water.

Fabulous resort.
Pros:

The Villa was lovely and clean the views from it are just beautiful. We love staying here, for our big family it suits perfectly with the heated pools, restaurant and bar all in one spot. The staff are all so helpful and the food in the bar is delicious.

Cons:

There were ants in the kitchen and we couldn't get rid of them. Unless the food was in the fridge it wasn't safe from them.

Apartamento muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario. El complejo es bonito y tranquilo, y el personal es amable y ofrecen todo tipo de facilidades. Puedes quedarte el día del check out e incluso ducharte antes de coger el avión de vuelta.

Clean, good space, good bar/ restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner + take away if you need it. Pool, toddlers pool. Bus outside the door will take you anywhere in playa Blanca for 1.40.

le personnel était très serviable. L'environnement est très agréable avec un magnifique jardin. Les maisons sont bien tenues et propres. Je recommende vivement.

Cons:

La réservation chez booking.com ne s'est pas passée comme convenu.
Attention à bien vérifier que votre carte puisse être bien débitée par booking.
Booking ne vous prévient pas en cas d'impossibilité pour eux de débiter ni par mail, ni par téléphone, et vous annule la réservation,
Vous risquez de payer un surcoût ou tout simplement ne plus avoir de place dans l'hôtel.
Ne comptez pas sur booking sur un geste commercial.
Le mieux est de résever en direct avec l'hôteL Il est possible pour l'hôtel de résever en direct avec l'hôtel même avec les conditions d'annulation que booking.
