Bonne adresse à l exception du personnel du matin

Vue splendide, calme, bon rapport qualité prix, accueil sympathique le soir

Cons:

Personnel du matin peu sympathique. Petit déjeuner décevant ( ne vaut vraiment pas le prix de 10 euros)

Pros:

The bus stops in the front of the hotel but you need to pay attention with Google Map. The hotel is on a cliff. Calm and sleep through the night. We chose the room with the sea view. It was amazing during the sunrise, sunset, and the boats crossing back and forth. 20 minutes walk to Amalfi town.

Cons:

I guess we are too early for the season to climb the stairs to get to the Il Duoglio Beach. Staff didn't know if the bus stops on the weekend to get to Sorrento and we waited for an hour.

La vue de la chambre

Cons:

Nous avions réservé sur booking une chambre familiale avec en photo un lit et canapé convertible on s’est retrouvé un tout petit lit de 140cm dans une chambre certes avec vue mer mais très petite. Le matelas a beaucoup vécu, on sent les ressorts on a très mal dormi. Le jeune homme de l’accueil n’a pas été agréable à notre accueil.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel.
The room was so dirty, I had to sleep in my clothes. There were no sheets or blankets. They offered me a blanket that hadn't been washed in years and had a terrible smell. The towel was also dirty and stained. There was no soundproofing. People were talking upstairs, and it felt like they were talking in my room. My room was number 7. I had to go down a narrow staircase. It was scary and not entirely safe. I went to the hotel without my suitcase or my belongings because I wouldn't have been able to get down those stairs!
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It urgently needs renovations and refurbishment!
Ignore the view from the window; it's not worth it.

Que pedí habitación con balcón y cuando llegue y reclamé me dijeron que me daban esa habitación pq era más grande,( no era la que había reservado).

Beautiful area - worth the view!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, responsive, helpful and the location was absolutely beautiful!

Cons:

The parking situation was complicated. The hotel didn't have on-site parking (which was understandable). But a part of the booking process should be to explain where to go and what to do when arriving.

tanto booking como el hotel me estafaron, permitieron pagar la reserva a pesar de que, segun el hotel ya estaba cerrado.De ser asi deberia no permitir hacer la compra. me parece.es decir, esa noche dormimos literal, en la calle. Hice el reclamo y aun no me han devuelto el dinero
