The hotel is just run down and dated. The rooms r old and stuffy bathroom was so small for 4 ppl.

Rooms terribly stuffy, even a fan didn’t help, bathroom downstairs from reception very dated and smelled of must, receptionist on check in very nice and friendly but young receptionist on checkout not very friendly. Bar staff very nice and bar had air con and was lovely and cool.

Very enjoyable stay except for the problem of no air conditioning in the room which was like a oven
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff generally were very nice and obliging. Exception was the receptionist whom my wife asked for a fan as it was very hot in the room. She seemed to make no attempt to deal with the request as she looked surprised when my wife informed her that she had obtained a fan from a lady who was servicing the room.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room and no fan available on our first night which was exceptionally warm.

The Location and staff

Cons:

The old style carpet along the corridors, out dated rooms and furniture (two mirrors infront of bed and the tv off to the far left didn’t make sense), hard pillows and stiff mattress.

Staff. Location. Lovely girls at reception....very helpful.

Cons:

Lack of 'air' in the bedroom. I couldnt sleep with the heat. Felt that 'fans' might have been a good idea. I was so tired in the morning. Everything else was great

Great location.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were great in our request for fans & pillows.

Cons:

Level 3 was very hot but we asked for fan it helped a tad. Breakfast wasn’t great.
