Amazing staff
Pros:

Location was excellent and theres parking included. Staff were excellent. All super helpful and friendly.. couldn't have done more for us.
The hotel is a little dated and could do with a but of a face lift but its very clean and the beds are very comfy and rooms have everything you need.

Cons:

Was difficult to get in and out of the hotel with prams as there is no ramp. There was a door out the back of the hotel without steps but it wasnt always open..

Staff so helpful , rooms very comfortable, breakfast very poor .
Pros:

Staff were so helpful.
Room was very clean and comfortable, good toiletries etc .

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor , had porridge which was very watery . Croissants were hard .
Coffee was very poor - seemed little effort made compared to rest of hotel .

The location of the hotel is perfect right beside the central square with plenty of shops, cafes and pubs with food and music.

Cons:

The bar could do with a make over mainly some fresh paint.

Very pleased overall, would be happy to return.
Pros:

Location - 50 metres from the town square. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Plenty of car parking space out the back which is very handy.

Nothing.

The staff all lovely. The Hotel is badly in need of renovation.
Pros:

We were attending a wedding in The Bank so the location was perfect.

Cons:

Upon entering the Hotel the first thing is how dark & dreary it is. The receptionist is hidden in a cavelike space in the corner.

It was terrible, the room was way to warm, I couldn't cope and couldn't open a window.

The attitude of the staff and the non trust, discussing my mother and myself amongst all the staff absolutely disgraceful behaviour, awful gossiping, I go away to get a break from nosy people 😢 I needed to leave they would not refund my money for the second night, I don't know of any other hotels who would do this, highly unacceptable as good as stealing.
