1st room we had very poor old decor but staff very helpful and free upgrade for 2nd night to lovely suite

I'd rather stay at premier in.
Pros:

Staff were polite pool and jacuzzi ok.

Cons:

Considering I booked best room available there was lights missing in ceiling of room.
Bed creaked like hell.
Smashed tile in bathroom on floor.
Gym equipment not fit fir purpose outdated.
Carpets in lounge threadbare.
Breakfast adequate
It's like they're a squeezing every penny out of it they can.
Pictures on website are beautiful in reality it needs serious attention.

Cons:

They put us in room 520 right at the top Narow stairs no lift both got disabilities, it was a nightmare trying to climb them stairs and with the cases it was not the room we booked very upset and disappointed 😑 😔 😢

Pros:

Room, reception area, restaurant and entertainment not forgetting the friendly staff 😀

Cons:

Black pudding instead of mushrooms on the second morning. Also running out of certain items on the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a good central location.

Cons:

It was in need of a total overhaul.The room was not only dated, it was on the top floor and hard to get to, the stairs were really narrow and there was a stairlift which meant it was nearly impossible to get your luggage up to the room. There’s hardly any parking unless you’re lucky. There wasn’t a lot of choice for breakfast especially if have food allergies. They ran out of gluten free bread on Sunday morning for breakfast.

Pros:

The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.
Nice room with decent view.

Cons:

The room was on floor 3 and there was no lift so we had to lunge our cases up.
We did get help from one of the staff though.

Clean but not worth the money
Pros:

Rooms dated run down not like pictures downstairs were newly refurbished. Was clean but suite weren’t worth the money

Disappointing this time
Pros:

Good location.comfy beds, linen good

Cons:

Lack of parking space means looking for available street spaces.
Garden area not looked after.
Room very shabby, rusty bin, cobwebs, cracked basin, poor paintwork. We should have checked for alternative room on arrival.
Corridor carpets tatty. Bedside lamp had to be replaced. Breakfast table not secure. Jacuzzi out of action one day during our stay.
Group staying had entertainment loud and continued late until midnight.

Nice hotel, would recommend to my parents
Pros:

It was lovely, I think slightly more favourable for an older demographic than us. We were the youngest there by about 30 years

Cons:

Our TV didn't work, long walk to our room, apart from that it was great

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is good and staff are friendly

Cons:

The pictures made it look much more modern and in much better standard than it really is. The bed and bedding was much older and poorer quality than I expected. The breakfast was like a greasy spoon.

A lovely room at the back of the hotel. (506)
Warm and friendly with great access to St Anne's which is a short stroll away
Regular bus routes to Lytham and Blackpool.
A decent breakfast and for those on DB&B the evening meal had plenty of choice and was of a good quality.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't start very early!!
