Nice hotel, would recommend to my parents
Pros:

It was lovely, I think slightly more favourable for an older demographic than us. We were the youngest there by about 30 years

Cons:

Our TV didn't work, long walk to our room, apart from that it was great

Pros:

The location is good and staff are friendly

Cons:

The pictures made it look much more modern and in much better standard than it really is. The bed and bedding was much older and poorer quality than I expected. The breakfast was like a greasy spoon.

A lovely room at the back of the hotel. (506)
Warm and friendly with great access to St Anne's which is a short stroll away
Regular bus routes to Lytham and Blackpool.
A decent breakfast and for those on DB&B the evening meal had plenty of choice and was of a good quality.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't start very early!!

Budget Hotel Worth the Money.

Breakfast was very good. All the staff from the cleaners to receptionists ,to waiters and wiatressers were VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. The location of hotel was great for shops…buses…the promenade etc

Cons:

Our room was a bit of a long walk from the restaurant area and it had quite a few stairs to negotiate.
Next time we would book a room at the front of hotel and nearer the restaurant etc.

We were made very welcome and will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Conveniently situated.very clean the evening entertainment was good and very nice staff

Cons:

We liked everything apart from a very good breakfast that was spoilt because it was cold. Breakfast was served between 8:00 and 9:30 we arrived at 9:00 and the buffet breakfast was barely aired. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Booked a double room with seating area as pictured on website. On arrival Double room had one chair and no table. Reception arranged for another chair so we could both sit down but no table. Bathroom very poo
