Everything at this hotel is fantastic from arriving to going home it was a pleasure ,if anybody is thinking about the Clifton park hotel take my word and book in,you will not be disappointed .

We booked a double deluxe room and it was far from deluxe, infact iv been in nicer hostels. Wires sticking out of the bathroom wall with black tape over the ends windows broken room filthy and the most run down room I have ever seen i question the room to be a delux and it was their delux room. It was that bad we couldnt stay and booked else where
The location was ok
The entrance was amazing but after that it was horrendous work men everywhere building work going on our room was nothing like it shows we had taped up live wires in the bathroom had too request another room which seemed to be very hard work for the staff eventually was moved to another room which was smaller than the first room and it was very awkward too access due too a chair lift .as for the food the breakfast was terrible everything about it was just disgusting priced at £12.95 pp it was a joke now for the evening meal it was a 4 course for £34.99 pppn the total for food for the stay was an extra £357.86 on top of the room cost it says food an hygiene rating of 5 joke 2/3at best again its supposed to be a 3☆ hotel i wouldn't even rate it too sum it up a total waste of money yes its got lots of fantastic reviews but it not the case im a believer of saying what I see not make things up too make it look good and I would never recommend it too anyone

The only slight glitch, was the room was a little on the small size, which was not really a problem as we only booked the day before....
