Nice reception area

Cons:

Booked a double room with seating area as pictured on website. On arrival Double room had one chair and no table. Reception arranged for another chair so we could both sit down but no table. Bathroom very poo

Our stay was ok not a bad location for a short walk to plenty restaurants

Disappointing, paid to stay in a retirement home, rooms are only positive. The pool was cold af also

Cons:

The parking is basically first come first served, no way to stop non-hotel guests from parking, had to get ubers around to save my spot. Didn't realize until I arrived, that it's actually for adults only. And that I was the youngest person there. Felt like a retirement home, the amount of old miserable people in the dining hall, including the people in the room next to me..

Having singing on at 8-10pm when I stayed here friday-sunday is just unfair, when I complained nothing changed, I just waited 35 minutes for the terrible singing to stop. Lucky I wasn't tired and needed to sleep, otherwise would've just demanded my money back, or recorded it from my room, and showed it as evidence to my bank and gotten a charge back through the bank. Genuinely don't come here if you're under 40 years old, it is literally a retirement home disguised as a hotel

No entertainment! Private party on the Saturday night which disturbed us as room was over the ballroom.

Great place to stay for lytham st Anne's and Blackpool
Pros:

Great location. Lovely clean room. Pool was small but adequate for a relaxing swim and Lovely free towels. Breakfast was very good
