A hidden gem in the heart of Beaune
Pros:

Lovely hidden gem! On a nice quiet street, in the heart of the city. Easy to walk to all our favourite places, with convenient secure Parking.
Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the hotel helped us make a dinner reservation the week before we arrived. Really excellent customer service. And the rooms were quirky, comfortable and charming.

Traditional French, beautiful centre and a very friendly front of counter host.

El hotel era muy bucólico,casa típica de la zona

Insgesamt war das Hotel für das Gebotene aus unserer Sicht viel zu teuer.
Pros:

Der Innenhof, wo das Frühstück stattfindet

Cons:

Mit unserem Aufenthalt waren wir leider nicht zufrieden.

Der Boden im Zimmer war extrem klebrig, sodass jeder Schritt unangenehm war und insgesamt kein sauberes Gefühl aufkam.

Ausserdem war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Besonders ärgerlich war, dass in der Zimmerausstattung eine Klimaanlage aufgeführt war, tatsächlich jedoch keine vorhanden war.

Bereits vor der Anreise mussten wir ein Formular ausfüllen, in dem unter anderem nach einer Parkplatzreservation gefragt wurde. Bei unserer Ankunft war dennoch kein Parkplatz mehr verfügbar, sodass wir in einer Seitengasse parkieren mussten.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación , excelente para visitar el centro histórico, personal muy amable y atento , pudimos entrar dos horas antes de la hora del check in.

Cons:

La nevera no funcionaba , y hay que subir dos plantas por la escaleras , no hay ascensor , pero es lo que tienen los edificios que están dentro del centro histórico.

Le matelas était en partie défoncé, le petit déjeuner était moyen pour le prix. Notamment le café américain qui n'est vraiment plus acceptable de nos jours.
