Nothing, Do not book to stay here it should not be open to the public!!
Nothing, the room was covered in mould, damp, smell is awful. Doors are boarded up with wood!! Do not stay here!!!
I was warm and not sleeping outside is about as good as it gets
Rang the hotel and asked them if the WiFi was good as it was very important to me for work he told me it was incredible the best you could get it couldn't have been any worse 2mbps couldn't even load Google paint was horrific it was clean but felt dirty did not enjoy my night sleep at all bed was hard as concrete overall very disappointed
That the tv was working
Everything else.
Staff seemed like they wanted to be as helpful as a mosquito spreading maleria.
Two minutes after walking into my room I spotted an insect infestation. Following this I thought it would be best to check the bed and the bedding had blood stains from what could only be bed bug bites.
The pressure of the shower was almost non existent and not only that but hair drier didn't work. As for the fixtures in fittings all very dated and not looked after properly.
Nothing
The majority of the rooms in this place are currently rented out to Preston Council and this is where they house their homeless people. When I arrived, I noticed the place was a bit shoddy and rough around the edges but as I'd only paid £50 or so, I wasn't too bothered. As I entered, I saw someone walking across the car park that was very dishevelled and dirty looking, and I thought, 'oh God, what is this place?'. When I got into my room, it was filthy. The corridor smelled of cigarettes and weed and it was pretty noisy (I could literally hear another resident on the phone through the doors). Everywhere I looked was dirty, the windows, the shower, there was rubbish on the floor besides the toilet, the toilet itself was badly stained. It was horrible. I went to reception to complain and the man there just shrugged and said that it was mainly used for homeless people who are all on 3-month contracts, so 'what could he do?'. I asked why did they continue to advertise it and he just shrugged and said it wasn't his choice. Other residents aside, I said it was filthy and again he just said "yeah, I know... I'll tell housekeeping". I said I was not staying there and asked for a refund and again, he just shrugged and said "take it up with Booking.com". I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. all over the world, and this is honestly the worst one I've ever encountered.
Clean, bed good, tea and coffee available, free wifi
Room looked tatty and unloved. Hot water didn't work for shower (did for basin)
Very beautiful 😍
Everything good
nothing!!
the place itself
You get what you pay for !!!
Place was dirty
the location and the guy working on reception he was lovely
the carpet was like being in an old night club, needed significant cleaning, the bathroom tap was broken but I was informed of this and it did not impact my stay - it didn't feel loved and slightly unsafe for a lone female, I stayed in the room for approximately 8 hours just to sleep as I was going to work early in the morning - rooms clearly utilised for safe B&B for homeless
Looking in my rear view mirror of the car as I drove away.
It could be cleaned and decorated
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especially when I called in before check-in to say that I was going to be late because my cancelled train journey. Provided clean towels, shower gel and coffee. Supplied a clothes iron when I needed it and had access to communal microwaves. Enjoyable experience.
Stains on the pillowcases.
Had to wait for a member of staff to check in. However, they were friendly.
Waiting to check in.
nothing
everything about it
Bring used as hostel. Not a safe or decent place.
