Pros:

Pictures were not a true description of hotel hotel smelled of smoke and police were there had 3 children with us and we did not feel safe family rooms looked nothing like pictures on your website said to host we would not stay and he told us to contact you we tried but couldn't and had to book somewhere else would much appreciate a refund and this hotel should be removed of your site as not a nice place use your site all the time and never had any problems before and hope to use it again for future holidays thank you

This place is not a 3 star hotel as advertised it may of been 30 years ago but definitely not today
Pros:

Nothing the place was one of the worst live stayed in..

Cons:

There was no breakfast at all, the mattress was unfit for use needs replacing the room was very dirty ripped wallpaper

Cons:

Generally quite tatty, showe took ages to get warm and low flow. Cushions looked grubby and had to be put in wardrobe, blanket questionable if washed regularly. Walls thin and could hear things you really don't want to

Cons:

It’s really dirty, very dangerous, people are knocking on the doors at night, there is nothing for bathrooms, drawers are broken, bed lights not working, heaters are low work, anyone can check and come in-they don’t even ask who r u, and reservation number. They let in anyone, even if they drunk or taken drugs. Worst place ever i been, not even worth £20.

Pros:

The receptionist/owner was very helpful and friendly. I got upgraded for free to a bigger suite room which was appreciated very much. It came with a mini fridge which was handy for me as I needed to leave in some milk for my breakfast in the morning! The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a one night stay.

Cons:

Nothing really. If I had to mention one small thing it would be the size of the TV and the distance it was between the wall and the bed. It was hard to see, especially because my eye sight isn't as perfect anymore!

There was rubbish left in the room. The shower only has power via a pull cord that is not labelled. Someone was playing loud music while walking around early in the morning.
