The staff were nice, the room was clean and the facilities were great. The sheets and towels were super soft and the air conditioning worked well.
The location is great, but due to it being great, it’s also busy. It’s a little frustrating to hear cars go by and dogs barking even on the highest floor and with the balcony door closed.

one complaint was that no late room service which i really needed since i arrived very late. and all close by restaurants were closed. If it's not feasible to have a late kitchen providing some snacks or sandwiches would be enough

Parking hard to find
Πολυ καθαρός χωρος, ανετος φιλικος
Η εμπειρία μου δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη. Το βράδυ παρουσιάστηκε τεχνικό πρόβλημα με τις πρίζες του δωματίου. Όταν το ανέφερα στη ρεσεψιόν, η αρχική αντίδραση που έλαβα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετική, κάτι που με απογοήτευσε. Στη συνέχεια, όμως, στάλθηκε τεχνικός και αργότερα ήρθε και ο υπεύθυνος του ξενοδοχείου, οι οποίοι ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί και προσπάθησαν να επιλύσουν το πρόβλημα. Ωστόσο υπήρχαν επισκεψεις στο δωματιο ενώ ο σύζυγός μου και το μωρό μας κοιμούνταν.
Επιπλέον, ενώ το check-in ήταν προγραμματισμένο για τις 14:00, το δωμάτιο παραδόθηκε μετά τις 16:00, εμείς περάσαμε τον χρόνο μας στην πισίνα. Από την άλλη πλευρά, στο check-out τηρήθηκε κανονικά η ώρα των 12:00. Θεωρώ ότι σε περιπτώσεις τόσο μεγάλης καθυστέρησης στην παράδοση του δωματίου θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία από το ξενοδοχείο.
