Very stylish trendy hotel but lacked basic level of comfort and functionality for the price
Pros:

Lots of personality and great location

Cons:

Very small bed and quite saggy! Quirky lighting which was stylish but not bright enough. No free tea and coffee and spoons (unlike most hotels in the entire world!). Bathroom door didn’t really shut so it was open all of the time

Great option with a nice vibe for a stay in New York
Pros:

Location and facilities, hotel overall, all excellent. Staff were exceptionally helpful - I even lost my key when I was out for a run and they were very accommodating.

Cons:

As should be expected in New York - the level of noise coming in from the streets is very high. Rooms felt a little tired here and there but it was fine overall

Cons:

When I checked in the hotel did not honor my reservation and decided to cancel my booking because I was late. They did not notify me and as a result was left to find a last minute alternative which ended up costing a lot of money. Terribly disappointing and really poor handling of situation.

Definitely will return
Pros:

The room was comfy. The water pressure was awesome! I loved that there was a stumptown and milk bar and black seed bagel all connected. Location was perfect as well. I liked that there was a full size fridge too.

Cons:

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. All we had was a kettle for tea, but I don't think the tea was free even. It was part of the mini bar. There was apparently some live music going on in the lobby one night, and I wish the events and happenings were more clearly communicated because that would have been fun to attend.

暗くて雰囲気抜群の館内。明るく丁寧なスタッフ。
Pros:

エントランス含め、暗めの照明と音楽が雰囲気を出していて最高。
また、スタッフの皆さんがとても明るく丁寧でした！
立地も良かったです！

Cons:

2人で泊まったのに、バスローブが1つしか用意されていませんでした。使わなかったので必要ありませんでしたが、1つ盗んだと思われるのも嫌なのでちゃんと人数分用意して欲しいとは思いました。

あと、おしゃれでレトロな冷蔵庫がある部屋を期待してましたが、今回の部屋には付いていなくて残念でした(笑)

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. On a très rarement pris le metro qui est juste à côté. Des commerces en bas de la rue, tout est accessible à n'importe quelle heure. La chambre était parfaite, le lit incroyable !!
