We loved our location and the coffee shop at the front served very good coffee as well as happy hour
Pros:

Great location we walked a lot and it was easy to get to the subway and other locations for sight seeing

Cons:

At the time of our stay the lifts were not working very well but we managed

Great location and nice hotel but SO noisy

Staff were great, loved the location

Cons:

It’s SO noisy. All I could hear all night (even through ear plugs) was sirens and cars and shouting. I know NYC is noisy but this was extremely noisy. I think the windows are too thin. I slept so badly here despite it being a lovely hotel

Great nyc experience!
Pros:

The first room wasn’t appropriate ( it was above the bar- the staff moved us immediately to a more appropriate room with kindness and generosity

Iconic bar and lobby.
The gym was handy.
Staff were great and so helpful.
Bed was very comfortable.
Whole place was great to work from, drop in and out of.

Cons:

Rooms are dark, gloomy and small - even with lights on.
Bathroom was as big as the rest of the room.
Water was $9 and hard to tell if you got the tea or coffee in your room included.
Safe wasn’t working but didn’t really need it.
