No me gustó

Cons:

Primero de todo, no me gustó la calle en la que estaba situado especialmente se sentía peligroso. El hotel y las habitaciones eran muy oscuras. El diseño tampoco me acabo de convencer. Lo que más me preocupo es que en las puertas de la habitación tienen un cartel en contra del tráfico de personas algo que no me dio nada de seguridad. Para que vas a tener ese cartel en un sitio que debería ser seguro?

Por otra parte tres días después de haber dejado el hotel me cobraron 10€ , como aún estaba por NY fui a reclamar ese cobro y me dijeron que era del mini bar. Cuando yo no había consumido nada y encima tres días después me haces ese cobro? No tenía sentido. Y ya 3 semanas más tarde sigo esperando que me devuelvan el dinero que te hacen pagar cuando haces el check in como seguro de que no rompes nada.


Muy mala experiencia, no volveré.

Pros:

The Ace was much better than I expected based on the 7.5 score. I didn't find it noisy despite being so central and I had the room nearest the lift which usually can be disruptive but I didn't hear anything. My room was surprisingly large for NYC with a table area with 4 chairs. The location is excellent, subway on the corner. Staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service and hotel!
Pros:

Fantastic hospitality!! But most importantly, outstanding service!

After we checked out and drove to JFK, our flight was canceled. Completely exhausted, we called the hotel, and without any hassle they gave us a new room with an extremely early check-in at 8:00 a.m., so we could get some sleep after spending 14 hours at JFK Airport.

We truly appreciated how accommodating and helpful the staff were. Highly recommended!

Pros:

From Freddy’s warmth and knowledge to Juan and Roy’s excellent care to Marco’s welcoming presence - these guys were The Best!! They were truly better than 5 star — they made me feel at home. Thank you, all, for a great stay! God bless you!

ACE NY took £700 + £16 from my account without permission, and still haven't given it back!!
Pros:

My daughter and I stayed here, and on 2nd day they took £700 from my account without my permission and for absolutely no reason as we pre-paid in full months earlier. Having spoken to them in person every day, sometimes twice a day, the money is still not repaid, and another unauthorised transaction has been made!!! This was our spending money, and to go through our stay in New York without any spending money is incredibly bad.

Fantastic hotel, central location and the rooms were very big for NYC. Staff were all lovely. Close to lots of great restaurant options as well.

Cons:

It wasn't a problem for us but the bathroom & shower were quite small.
