Great except for the room smell and lock of toilet paper.
Cons:

The rooms smell like cheap gas station freshener. Really offensive and chemical toxic.

Cool hotel in great location
Pros:

Super cool hotel, fantastic location as a base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed.
Drinks & nibbles in the lobby bar were great too!
Morning coffee & pastry at Sumption was an easy way to start each day.
We had issues with hot water one morning, but otherwise the shower was amazing - great pressure!!

La segunda habitación era pésima. El personal poco amable ante una situación de contingencia.
Me extraña que se asociaría como partners para el concierto de bon jovi, porque lo del paquete vip
Fue bueno, pero luego al preferir mantener la estancia en mismo hotel, todo cambió para mal

We love everything about our stay at the Ace. The rooms, the cleanliness, the lobby vibe, the breakfast options connected to the hotel, the location! We’ve stayed many times and each time we are so sad to go.

A great hotel!
Pros:

What an amazing hotel! We came in without a reservation after traveling 12 hours from Italy and completely exhausted - Nelson greeted us so kindly and helped us with our reservation. He’s an assett to this place and if you get the chance to meet him, say hello. The bar is beautiful, the hotel is fabulous and everyone is so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Incredible Service from Osage & Taufig at Ace Hotel
Pros:

I arrived after hours at the Ace Hotel on West 29th Street after booking through a third-party site. Unfortunately, the third party had falsely advertised the room type I reserved—assigning us bunk beds, which wasn’t feasible since I was traveling with my senior mother.

Even though the booking mix-up was entirely the third party’s fault, Osage and Taufig went above and beyond to make things right. They handled the situation with remarkable empathy, warmth, and professionalism, working late at night to get us moved into comfortable, non-bunk rooms so my mom could rest easy.

Their exceptional hospitality turned a stressful arrival into a wonderful stay. A massive thank you to Osage and Taufig for taking such fantastic care of us. I will definitely be booking directly with Ace Hotel from now on!
