Pros:

Idéalement situé au coeur de NoMad, les espace communs sont très agréables et très joyeux. Le restaurant est très limité en termes d'espace mais la qualité des plats est très appréciable, le yaourt parfait excellent et le chia pudding délicieux, le cadre est calme et agréable en matinée. J'ai pu être early checked-in (pour un fee de $75) et c'était essentiel puisque je descendait d'un "red eye" et gentiment up gradée par l'hôte d'accueil.
Un équipement était défectueux à mon arrivée mais à été promptement changé pendant mon absence.
La literie était très confortable.

Cons:

L'établissement est vieillissant, les murs et les portes portent des traces de coups et de passages, le mobilier est taché. Les fenêtres laissent passer l'air. La baignoire ne peut pas se fermer pour prendre un bain, ce qui serait agréable après une longue journée de marche.
À mon arrivée le mini bar ne marchait pas et sentait mauvais (mais a été remplacé parès que je l'ai signalé)
Il n'y a pas de complementary café dans les chambres ce qui pour moi est la base de l'hospitalité, tout est payant et la technique de café proposée est totalement nulle !

Amazing and will definitely be back

We had such a lovely stay at the Ace Hotel. The atmosphere is amazing — relaxed, creative, and effortlessly cool. It’s the kind of place that has character without even trying.

Freddie truly made the experience special. He was so accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that makes all the difference.

Thank you for a wonderful stay — we’ll definitely be back.

Hip, Comfortable, Convenient
Pros:

Wha a terrific property! The team here really appreciates and exemplifies hospitality.

The location is super convenient, the vibes are totally hip but still approachable and with a design eye that appreciates the historic building the hotel is in.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the towels so great, the bed comfy too.

Food in the lobby bar NY priced but totally delicious. Plus easy access to Stumptown, a bagel store and a juice bar through doors in the lobby.

Highly recommend and will stay again.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

The location is amazing so central and easy to walk from. Always within walking distance to subway and 5th avenue. The hotel bar has great atmosphere about it and great service in bar. The rooms were very clean and tidy, cleaned every bar and snacks replenished. Great value for money. Freddy was great couldn’t do enough for you.

Best stay in NewYork City
Pros:

The location of this hotel is so central to everywhere, walking distance to everything and if walking doesn’t suit subway isn’t to far away, the atmosphere in the bar area was lowkey and mellow, the rooms where very clean tidy and plenty of space. This hotel is excellent value for money.
I would especially like to thank Freddie for going over a beyond to make our stay really special you are fantastic at your job.

Love the Ace and the location, but exterior rooms are noisy.

It was very noisy. You could easily hear guests in their rooms and street noise. I got very little sleep over the 3 nights of my stay. On the second morning I was woken by hearing an employee in the hallway speaking on a walkie talkie very loudly.

NO DAN FACTURA

He viajado por trabajo y llevo mas de 6 mails enviados y no me emiten LA FACTURA. Cuando hice el check out su sistema estaba roto. Llevo 3 días pidiendo la factura y que eliminen dos cargos de 175€ por incidencias / mini bar que por supuesto no hubo ni utilicé. Esto empaña cualquier visita. JAMAS en este hotel se han negado a darme la factura porque he reservado a través de BOOKING y ustedes tampoco hacen nada. Desde luego para viajar por trabajo no sois recomendables.

good for a budget stay if you dont mind it being a bit grungy
Pros:

Comfortable beds and nice linen, nice fluffy towels. room size was great. our room faced the internal courtyard so it was extra dark but it was quiet.

Cons:

The hotel is quite dated and in need of a refresh. The chairs in our room where stained and ragged, everything looked worn out and in need of a refresh. front desk team are great. rooms are very dark & no where to store clothes except a small rack to hang a few items.

Pros:

Trey at the front desk was incredible! Excellent service, extremely kind, extremely accommodating. We loved our room. The staff does a great job of keeping the place clean and we had a beautiful view of the Empire State building. Will definitely come back. :)

Repeat Ace customers!
Pros:

Our experience at the Ace was great as always!! We arrived earlier than check-in, and conveniently our room was ready! There was a king and a double in the room - definitely more than enough space for 2 adults and one teen boy. I had breakfast in the lobby - the chia pudding was so delicious (fresh figs!). Also got some coffee from Stumptown which is so so good. The lobby is a really cool place to hang out any time of day. When we asked for a later checkout, Freddy noted that we are return customers and was happy to accommodate - he also have me a voucher for a free coffee, which was needed for the drive home. The Ace is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and dog watching at Madison Square Park. We are pretty loyal to
