Ok but not great
Pros:

Nice breakfast selection. Comfortable bed

Cons:

Lift out of order. Toilet leaky. Oven didn’t work. Not the most convenient location

Alcune stanze hanno spazi angusti rispetto ad altre. Impianti di aerazione non sempre ben funzionamenti. Ascensori insufficienti per l’ampiezza della struttura

Bardzo brytyjskie, brak świeżych warzyw :( Soki z kartonu, czuć, że nie jest to coś smacznego. Niesprawne bemary przez cały pobyt przez 4 noce.

Nice staff and good location
Pros:

Staff is amazing and nice
Welcoming and very helpful
Matina was nice especially and very welcoming with the recipient team.
Suite is very good size
Well serviced and all need appliances are there
House keeping team is nice and professional

Cons:

The bed is located just beside the exit door which simply you hear everything outside. People walking, talking, cleaning and doors opens and shutting.

The elevators are very annoying in the first three days of our stay as one of them went out of service multiple times. Also the building is 10 floors and you have only two elevators which means you need to wait long time in the rush hours.

Breakfast wasn’t my favorite at all which I skipped few days

Pros:

The room was large the staff provided us with an extra bed there was amenities available to cook our own food it was well equipped. The location was central right behind a TESCO and a 10 minitue walk to the subway, busstops were right 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast provided has a great spread.

Cons:

There is literally nothing to complain about. It was a great stay.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Antonio at the front desk was amazing!!! So helpful! And the location is great. Close enough to the tube station from the airport and to the city. But quiet enough neighborhood and it's next to Tesco's.

Cons:

The air con in the room was pretty loud and it was a little hard to sleep.

Hotelul preferat din Londra
Pros:

Camere spațioase, curate, dotate cu tot ce trebuie, mai puțin papuci, personal amabil, mic dejun bogat. Am mai stat aici de câteva ori înainte. E hotelul preferat de cazare când stau în Londra.

Prețul parcă ceva mai mare decât al șederilor anterioare.
