Worth a try
Pros:

Nice & functional hotel with a cozy eating area
The location was perfect for us being a family with a child, so close from the bus& train station and perfect spot,also for a visit to Harry Potter studio
The breakfast was always tasty & fresh and we really enjoyed our mornings
Very friendly & helpful stuff in the reception and also a big thanks to Sharmin and her superior, Roberto for running the morning routine with great care in the breakfast area although sometimes was a bit crowded

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and sometimes very late in the evening or very early in the morning some of our neighbors slammed literally their from doors as getting in/out from their rooms... no sense of decency!

Overall, a fabulous hotel in a great location especially for Olympia. Having a huge new Tesco next door is a bonus too.
Pros:

All staff very friendly, the bedrooms are superb, breakfast very good

Cons:

The lifts are disappointing. Only two in the lobby so in peak times it’s gets chaotic - it took me 10 mins this morning to get down from floor 6.

Location is great! Close enough to the main attractions and away from the noise and bustle.
Priced extremely well, especially for a family. Very good breakfast to set you up for the day, great coffee!! Would return here.

Es cómodo para familias.
Cons:

Las habitaciones de la suite de dos habitaciones eran muy pequeñas en una la puerta chocaba con la cama y para pasar al baño tenías que bordear la cama con cuidado ya que entre la pared y la cama no habría más de 20 cm. Te dabas golpes con la esquina de la cama. Era diminuta la habitación. Hacía frío en el salón. La calefacción no funcionaba bien. El desayuno bastante pobre, fuimos cuatro días y al ser todos los días lo mismo nos cansamos. No hay fruta fresca, solo en almíbar. Está un poquito lejos del centro y no hay muchos sitios para comer cerca. Los ascensores muy lentos, teniendo que ir a menudo por las escaleras.

Hotel molto comodo situato a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro.
Stanza spaziosa per 3 persone, ci si poteva muovere tranquillamente ed anche lo spazio a disposizione per i bagagli ha soddisfatto le nostre necessità
Comodissimo l'angolo cottura con piano ad induzione, frigo e forno per evitare di mangiare tutte le volte fuori, grazie anche alla presenza di un supermercato enorme a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel
Ottima la colazione.

Cons:

Aggiungerei un po' di varietà alla colazione.
La scelta tra dolce e salato, seppur molto buona, era praticamente la stessa ogni giorno.
