Overall we enjoyed our stay here recently. Unfortunately one of the lifts was out of action which was a bit of a nuisance, but the staff were very apologetic. At breakfast they did seem to struggle to keep the trays of hot food filled, but I’m sure they can improve that.
We very much appreciated our room upgrade, and a shout out for Daniel who ran the bar. A very pleasant and friendly fellow who was happy to go above and beyond what was required to make our stay memorable, providing us with plates and cutlery so we could enjoy our takeaway food instead of eating out of plastic, and then clearing our plates away to the kitchen.
Absolutely abysmal. The service provided by this Marrirott should have corporate Marriott reevaluate their priorities. No A/C during 36 degree heat. They advertise having AC but when push comes to shove during a heatwave there simply is no cooling available. This is bad enough but it gets even worse. While advertising their massive numbers enjoying a mediocre breakfast they fail to provide elevators to take you back to your floor. One out of two lifts are out of order so everyone takes the stairs. Endless tourists navigating 10 floors of stairs to simply get back to their room. You might be better off in a hostel. The location is OK. Everything else is gross including the mold in the bathroom.

Its not the properties fault but one of the elevators went out of service other than that it was great
Aircon broken, was told three times it would be fixed but ended up barely sleeping due to the heatwave. Rude and unhelpful staff, no apologies or amends, and no reply to emails.
The two bedrooms suite has two bathrooms, seating area & small kitchen, room cleaning is daily upon request, the breakfast is good, they have gluten free "small section", the gym is good, laundry (wash & dry) is available, TESCO supermarket is nearby, the underground station is 10 - 15 min walking l.
Lift is an issue, there are 2, but 1 was not working

The biggest highlight of our stay was getting to know the bartender, Daniel. By the first time we stopped by he, knew us by name. Greatest is daily throughout our stay, engaged in great conversations and shared local spots that we could go to. The drinks were fantastic but the company was even better. Highly recommend spending time at the bar.
The staff were very good and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a good size shower. Handy kitchenette.

Very tight space around the bed.
