I love staying there, but sitting on the furniture you need to use a towel it is so stained and soiled .
Pros:

I like that it is spacious and close to the beach.

Cons:

The unit needed updating, and the furniture both inside and on the lanai is dirty and old.

We were very happy with the place until the cockroaches appeared

Buena vista, amplia habitacion, buena unicacion, excelente estacionamiento,

Por ahora no es bueno para quedarse por que esta en remodelacon o construcción y no tiene. Recepcion y hay que ir en vehiculo a buscar la llave a otro sitio, la llave nunca me funciono y tuve que ir 3 veces a esa recepcion la atencion es buena pero nunca me dieron una llave que funcionara entonces si salia de la habitacion tenia que llamar y esperar a que vinieran abrirme y esperar 15 minutos afuera e inclusive al regresar de la playa tuve que esperar 30 minutos afuera ya que no les habria la puerta

Good location- right across the street from the beach.

Cons:

Poor maintenance of apartment facilities. Faulty smoke alarm which beeped and had to be reset over and over, no power to microwave. No one on site to contact, must call another hotel to report problems, however, no one seems to answer the number provided.

Chambre pas faite tous les jours, bureau de remise des clés dans un autre hotel à 300 metre. On m'a donné une chambre sale et le lit n'etait pas fait, retour à la recetion à 300 m . Changement de chambre avec une banquette et vaisselle sale . ENFIN VU LE NOMBRE D HOTEL JE N IRAI PLUS A CELUI CI MALGRE 12 ANS DE FIDELITE.

Most disgusting and dirty place I’ve ever stayed
Pros:

The property was absolutely filthy. There was dirt and dust caked everywhere. They need to do a deep, deep cleaning of the entire facility.
