The breakfast is perfect for people who like Chinese dim sum. The staff service was extremely professional, and their hospitality exceeded my expectations. Takeaway is also ready for those who want to checkout early.
The facility is too old: the rooms, elevator, and odor are difficult for people who are smell-sensitive. The toilet is also very old, and my room even has a broken bathtub that I was so scared to break it completely if I put my foot on the weak points.

Room was very comfortable, and we got this for a really good price
Found the staff a little off, we are obviously not their usual clientele with it being a business hotel and we felt like we were looked down on - wasn’t given any information at check in regarding the breakfast and gym facility etc
The breakfast was very limited for western options, it was really only one option which was eggs&bread and it should have had a croissant which they didn’t have
They requested to clean our room at 9am whilst we were still in there, then didn’t come back
The staff specially Therea and the other receptionist, my apologies I forgot to get her name. Their very nice and accommodating

The hospitality and kindliness of the personnel is great, every single member of the personnel serves the guests with attention to detail to make your stay comfortable. They make you feel special and greet and serve you with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable even for working. The wifi is good.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Aeon Mall on the one side and the so-called "pub alley" with numerous bars and restaurants on the other. These locations can be reached by foot within minutes, though crossing the streets with its very busy traffic is a challenge. The hotel has a helpful guard at the crossing to help you get over. For trips to the riverside area tuktuks can easily be ordered to bring you there within minutes at very low cost (appr. 1 USD).
Sitting outside on the porch where you can be served with hot and warm drinks by the hotel's restaurant personnel is convenient. But the noise and exhaust of the very busy traffic is something you need to accept.
