Pros:

Große Hotelanlage mit Weingut ist sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht auf die Berge und den See sind wunderschön. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön groß und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist nichts richtig besonderes, außer die schöne Lage.
Das Personal arbeitet sehr langsam, kennt Gerichte und Informationen nicht und wirkt unkonzentriert. Auf Dauer hat uns das wirklich gestört. Es wurde mehrmals am Tag unaufgefordert ist das Zimmer reingekommen. Dadurch haben wir uns etwas unwohl gefühlt.
Ein Late Check Out ist so überteuert, dass wir es nicht gemacht haben. Im allgemeinen fanden wir den Preis nicht angemessen und zu teuer für die Leistung.

De ligging, veiligheid is perfect

Cons:

Het personeel was minder goed dan andere jaren. Onervaren waardoor men vergat ons te bedienen of de bestelling tijdig te brengen. Eten afgekoeld. Ontbijt zonder thee. 3x naar gevraagd🥲

Tout est parfait et conforme à l’attente d’un hôtel 5 étoiles; de l’arrivée personnalisée jusqu’au départ. Petit déjeuner et dîner sont parfaits, le personnel est très amical et serviable, calme absolu et cadre magnifique
