Breakfast was great, it was clean.

The dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen at your hotels. Multiple visible stains and spots. Asked for room house keeping. They never showed up.

Everything except the tv . Wish there was more to watch on tv especially late at night . Or able to log in to our own app to watch movies . I would love to beng watch movie

Location, swimming pool, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The furniture was worn but our biggest problem was NO HOT WATER. We were on 3rd floor and tried several different rooms, all didn't have hot water. We even tried a room on 4th floor! Turns out it was something that maintenance couldn't fix and they had to call out an outside company to fix. The staff at least paid for our dinner at the bar because of no hot water.

Pros:

I liked how conveniently located the hotel was. I also liked the full breakfast in the morning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows oh my God!

Cons:

I didn't like the hot weather, but that comes with the territory.
