Cons:

The dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen at your hotels. Multiple visible stains and spots. Asked for room house keeping. They never showed up.

Location, swimming pool, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The furniture was worn but our biggest problem was NO HOT WATER. We were on 3rd floor and tried several different rooms, all didn't have hot water. We even tried a room on 4th floor! Turns out it was something that maintenance couldn't fix and they had to call out an outside company to fix. The staff at least paid for our dinner at the bar because of no hot water.

Pros:

I liked how conveniently located the hotel was. I also liked the full breakfast in the morning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows oh my God!

Cons:

I didn't like the hot weather, but that comes with the territory.

It was an okay experience but I wouldnt recommend to stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast had good selection. The pool was nice for the kids to swim in.

Cons:

There was a drawer that wouldnt stay closed. The tissue holder was broken. There was hair still inside the shower. I also found hair inside a few of the towels. The door had a huge gap underneath. The bed felt weird like I was leaning one way and about to fall off.

Close to stores and restaurants… and Bass Pro Shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Clean, polite and talkative staff, very welcoming. Filtered water in exercise room… over the top breakfast. Best setup we’ve experienced in the 10 days on the road.
