Great location but needs Reno, deep clean & some new beds.

Needs a deep clean and renovation- mould and fluff/dust in air conditioning ducts, mould on curtains and ceiling, lint filter full of lint and mould in washing machine (took me 20 minutes to clean!), sand in laundry cupboard, skirting boards dirty and corners
of rooms dirty with fluff and dust. Main bedroom quite small, bed very uncomfortable and felt worn out, no full length mirror in main bedroom, towel rack falling off wall on balcony. Pool area was disappointing too, pool looked cloudy and there were not many pool lounges available for guests (maybe 4). Feedback given to Reception staff for improvement.

Lovely location and spacious room
Pros:

Great location close to dining, beach, entertainment etc; great sized apartment

Cons:

The location of the pool means it is frequently very cold (even in summer, doesn’t get direct sunlight); aircon leaking in the master bedroom; no dustpan and brush provided so had to use the vacuum cleaner (was annoying lugging it out and putting it away); would have been nice to have a smart TV

Perfect. Every staff member we dealt with were lovely and helpful.
Pros:

The location was amazing and met all our excepectations and more.
I didn't realise we could order breakfast at out accomadation.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like but it was just bad timing for us was the works being done at the time.
It did create quite alot of noise. Whilst it would have been better without the roadcworks we didn't let that bother us. It is what it is and needed to be done.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Loved the view and it’s so close to restaurants… all walkable.

Cons:

Air conditioning can be too cold in the back rooms… even on 24. The only other thing is that the lock on the door to a side balcony from the lounge was broken or didn’t work so our 3 year old grandson could access this area…. Which contains chairs which could be pushed to the rail … so we had to be very cautious to ensure no access for him…. This is a very big health and safety issue!

We loved it!
Pros:

The staff were great. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they were able to arrange access to our room earlier. As we had a later flight we were given a key to access amenities after check out time which was great.
