Clean, comfortable, and quiet
Pros:

Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Armeena, the nice young lady at the front desk was very helpful. We arrived early to check in and she actually went to find the Housekeeping Supervisor to confirm that our room was ready. Our room appeared to have been updated and it was very clean. We were on the first floor right across from the FItness Center and only a few doors down from the side entrance but didn't experience any issues with slamming doors. The bed was very comfortable and even though the hotel appeared to be full, it was very quiet.

We did run into a common problem we've found with many hotels (both Hilton and Marriott). There didn't appear to be an option for having the fan on constantly even when the A/C reached the temp we had set on the thermostat. The first maintenance guy didn't speak English but he got his supervisor to come to help and he spoke English and reset the thermostat to a constant fan. Thank you, Ivan!

The good news is that this hotel doesn't use motion detectors so that the A/C stayed on all night even when we were sleeping.

The location was very convenient for getting to TPC Sawgrass for The Players Tournament. It's about 20-30 minutes away... just enough time for me to drink my free coffee from the hotel!

Excellent experience at the Hampton Inn - Bartram Park in Jacksonville.
Pros:

For the last six years, I have stayed at the Hampton Inn - Bartram Park in Jacksonville for a couple of days visiting friends and our experience has always been excellent. The manager of the hotel, Steve has been here since its inception 17 years ago and he treats every guest like family. He goes out of his way to make sure every guest is comfortable and is provided with top level service. Steve remembers my name and that’s appreciated and impressive. He basically works 7 days a week and if you call to make a reservation, make sure you ask for him. Steve will in all likehood be here. The room accommodations were also very good - I love the large TVs and the many channel selections.

Wonderful location
Pros:

A wonderful location nearby numerous restaurants. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Grateful for the hospitality. If I ever find myself traveling to FL again I will definitely stay here again.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay! The room was immaculately clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The front desk staff were courteous and always ready with a smile.

Friendly service, clean and updated rooms!
Pros:

Just a quick overnight on our way to family for Christmas. The hotel was newly renovated, clean, in a beautiful location conveniently right off I-95 but set away from traffic. Good breakfast and friendly service.
