Oakwood Residence Hangzhou

Front desk employees are good. They try to help the guest. But all of doormen I encountered are mean and arrogant. I don't know why this hotel need any doorman. Tyey don't do anything but staring guests.

Personal services, extra efforts by all who work here. Our home base each time when we are in Hangzhou. Exceptional service and perfect location.

Easy access to food and banking

House keeping staff was excellent and accommodating. The front desk staff was very helpful. This is my go-to hotel when I visit Hangzhou annually.

For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious with minor flaws, e. g., toilet seat cover needs to be lowered down when flushing?? Dryer and washer are not separated, it takes 3 hours to dry clothes and clothes still come out damp… Overall I still enjoy the experience in Oakwood apartment. It has everything I need. Didn’t use the breakfast buffet, instead we went out and enjoyed the local food which is more traditional and with more options.

The design and condition of property was excellent. It is part of EAC, Euro American Center. Breakdast buffet and swimming was excellent, with high end interior finishes for the apartment units. A place to choose in Hangzhou.

Staying at Oakwood Residence Hangzhou served our objective well. We were looking for a hotel that provides washer as we were traveling light. The area is pretty centralised, walkable to the famous West Lake, also have restaurants and convenient stores.

Our choice year after year for our visits to Hangzhou

位置非常好，也非常安静，离西湖不到4公里。房间很大很舒适，下次去杭州还会住这家。

Mattress was like sleeping on a rock.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. Well kept property, everything looks new and clean. Staff were attentive and polite. Downsides : Dryer was faulty but detergent was provided for washer. No laundry basket. Would be helpful if there is a towel rack in the spacious bathroom, the clothes hook behind the toilet door is too high for an average height female. Pillows were too flat and bed too firm.
Other than that, would love to return to stay

I love the Oakwood in Hangzhou. I rate it 5 of 5. I stay here on each of 10 visits. Great location, scores of restaurant in the Oakwood complex. 24 hour Family Mart. 24 hour fitness center. And the greatest king size bed that knocks you out. Many rooms are like big apartments. A nice reasonable restaurant in the hotel.

what a reasonable price it was, such an excellent facility and location.
It was an unbelievably comfortable trip.
