We loved everything.
A fantastically beautiful hotel in the centre of Corfe Castle. The service was amazing, room was lovely with a comfortable bed, fantastic shower and spectacular views out to the castle. The breakfasts were generous and we had dinner at the hotel on the first night too which was on the pricier end of the scale but the food was amazing and service was top-notch. Well worth doing for at least one night of the stay, but wouldn't plan on eating at the hotel every evening. The hotel bar was also well appointed with drinks, and again it was lovely service with plenty of nooks and rooms to relax and play games, read etc while enjoying a drink. Highly recommend this hotel.
I only have two minor points that I would add to improve our stay, but these are indeed very minor - 1) the food does take a bit of time to come when ordered - I imagine because the hotel is small and everything is cooked fresh. Pro tip is to be early for breakfast (served from 8am) and get your order in quickly. 2) The room would benefit from having a safe, just so i didnt feel like I needed to cart all the valuables around every time I went out.

Weather was great but no opportunity to eg eat breakfast outside. Facilities in room limited eg no coffee machine no fridge.
Coffee at breakfast just terrible. Not seen a real coffee bean. At this price point I expect real coffee.

A small refrigerator in the room would be great.

All good. A little quiet as not a busy time for the hotel.
