Pros:

- Able to fit us in at short notice (issue with previously book accommodation).
- Friendly staff.
- Located right next to Marlowe Theatre.
- Able to leave luggage at reception on departure day.
- nice bar seating area

Cons:

- Rather lumpy bed!
- shower faulty making use difficult. Other room had shower under the slanted ceiling, also hard to use! Both ensuites were small/a squeeze
- poor breakfast selection for intolerances/dietary requirements (e.g. only 1 banana in the fruit bowl, no vegan yoghurt, no gluten free bread, granola or cereal.)
- only 1 member of staff on duty so a lot of waiting!

A great location and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location. Excellent staff. Comfortable bed and cosy room.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but nothing special. I always prefer a cooked breakfast but this hotel only offers continental. It was average. Nothing exciting.

Goed
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Prima kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.

Cons:

Fantastic place to stay whilst in Canterbury
Pros:

Bed was super comfy, room was beautiful, staff were great, the morning breakfast was continental but with fresh bread rolls and pastries. And the coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I've had

Cons:

Only issue, and it's so minor, but the bathroom was a bit cramped. It would probably be better to get rid of the bath and just have a shower unit.
