Nothing really
The hotel's location in the town centre is their best-selling point if that's what you're looking for. Decent, comfortable room. The staff are helpful.
Given how central it is, there is noise from outside to deal with. As it was a pretty sunny day, the room did get rather hot, a fan would have been nice.

The hotel is just a short walk from the train station. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. We had a fan in the room, a tv, a good hairdryer, plenty of sockets and a kettle with tea, coffee & biscuits. Staff were very helpful.

Charmantes Hotel mitten in Canterbury, extrem zentral und doch ruhig. Freundlicher Service, alles sauber und praktisch. Das Frühstück war okay, der Kaffee nicht, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich würde wiederkommen!

Leider mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar - dies sollte auf der Homepage oder in booking.com besser angegeben werden. Parkplätze in der Nähe, aber sehr teuer.

A continental breakfast was supplied, the last time i stayed here i had a fabulous cooked breakfast, told by staff this is to return soon as they have recently taken over the hotel. i was going to the Marlow theatre so the Pilgrims hotel suited me as it was right opposite
The hotel is a very old building and the rooms are quite small, it could probably benefit from a refurbishment, in short i substituted luxury for location
