We had a lovely stay with you, great staff, great location, and definitel value for money!
Pros:

Your staff are excellent, especially your housekeeping and reception staff
Breakfast was great, lots of options, and we really liked being able to create our own muesli!
The location was really good, so close to everything we wanted to see and do.
We really enjoyed our stay with you and would stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing important! Any slight inconveniences like no lifts, are offset by the charm of staying with you

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location for Canterbury high st. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy.

Cons:

Low water pressure resulting in a poor shower. We were on the 2nd floor, so will be better on the floors below. Simple lesson.. don't install raindamce shower heads when you don't have a decent pressure. It says there is car parking on your website. Whilst this is true, its a 10 minute walk away and costs £16.

Lovely place, hope to visit again soon.
Pros:

Excellent location and beautiful old building. Perfect for me!

Cons:

No blackout blinds on the 2 large windows of the bedroom. Made it very difficult to sleep.
Shame the bar area wasn’t a little busier. Would add to the atmosphere greatly. Especially on theatre night.
