Posizione, camera grande, letto comodo

Cons:

Moquette sporca. Bagno piccolo soprattutto il lavandino. Dispenser difettoso.
Rumore dalle strade.
Attenzione non c'è Aria condizionata

Pros:

De locatie is top. Midden in het centrum, met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Restaurants in de directe omgeving. Wij hadden een kleine kamer geboekt en die voldoet prima voor een kort verblijf. Schoon linnengoed en sanitair. In de kamer stond een ventilator, die zeer welkom was met het warme weer. Het ontbijt was prima, soms duurde het even voor zaken werden aangevuld, maar voldoende keuze. Wij hebben op St. Radigund's carpark geparkeerd. Daar wordt bij het oprijden je kenteken gescand en betaal je in principe bij uitrijden. Bij het inchecken bij het hotel kun je via het hotel korting krijgen. Je betaalt de uiteindelijke parkeerkosten aan het hotel, waarna zij de parkeerkosten voor jouw kenteken betalen.

Cons:

De zijdeur (nachtingang) stond altijd open, waardoor ook andere mensen die niet in het hotel logeerden makkelijk in en uit konden lopen.

Reception on arrival was very good . The room was very clean . The hotel is a very pleasant place to stay . Everything was quiet & calm with excellent access to whatever you might like to do in Canterbury

Cons:

The produce on offer for breakfast was not quite as good as when I have stayed before , ie no oat milk , no extras like sultanas & banana chips etc to put on your cereal

Schönes, zentrales Hotel in der Altstadt

Von dem Moment an, als wir durch die Türen gingen, wussten wir, dass unser Aufenthalt etwas Besonderes sein würde. Die warme, wirklich freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption setzte den perfekten Ton für unseren gesamten Besuch. Der Service während unseres Aufenthalts war makellos. Unser Zimmer (Paris) war wunderschön, mit Blick auf die Straße der Altstadt. Es war makellos sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, mit einem deutlichen Auge fürs Detail. Zum Frühstück gab es Toast, Joghurt, Müsli, süße Teilchen. Die Auswahl war für unsere Ansprüche ausreichend. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für Alles! :)

Cons:

Ein paar Haken im Bad, für die Handtücher wären vielleicht nicht schlecht.

Pros:

Localisation, calme, service du personnel (il faisait chaud et le réceptionniste m'a donné son propre ventilateur car il n'y en avait plus d'autres)

Cons:

Équipements et chambres à rénover (carrelage decollé, velux vétuste, moquette à rafraîchir, émail baignoire ecaillé), petit déjeuner, pas de possibilité d'occulter la lumière (chb très lumineuse à 5h30 du matin)

Excellent hotel in the middle of town.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful accommodation when I arrived - needed to leave bag but my room was ready early. Superbly central location and, had I driven, plenty of nearby car-parks.
