Falta de atención al cliente
Pros:

La ubicación y la comodidad de la habitación pequeña pero bien distribuida.

Cons:

Que llegue a las 11pm buscando a alguien en la recepción y no había nadie....posteriormente y después de media hora de espera.... vi un letrero qué decía escanee aqui. Lo Escanee y lo que me salio fue....no aparece registrado siendo que yo ya había pagado por adelantado la habitación. Entonces no me quedo de otra que sentarme y buscar otro hotel y cuando ya iba a separar el nuevo hotel y después de 2 horas de espera, apareció la persona del hotel a darme las indicaciones para la entrada a la habitación. Pienso que si no hay nadie en la recepción deberían estar pendientes de la llegada de los clientes porque deja un mal sabor de atención al cliente y de entrada porque yo acababa de llegar. Para que por favor mejoren esa parte. Por lo demás muy bien.

a existat caldura in camera, insa baia a fost foarte rece

Nu este receptie 24/24, decit pina la ora 22:00. Nu exista mic dejun. Nu exista mini-bar. Acestea erau anuntate prin Booking ca fiind existente ! Aspect jalnic, atit in interior cit si in exterior.
