Não aconselho a ninguém, muito cara é limpeza nenhuma
Pros:

Era preciso estar lá alguém para fazer o café, essa mesma pessoa apareceu 30 minutos depois

Cons:

A limpeza é horrível , mesmo a casa de banho era nojento.
