La ubicación y el hotel

The location
I was given room 212, and there were bugs on the bed, it was itching me all the time and I told the receptionist and he told me that there were no more rooms available. I do not what happened but before it used to be a cleaner hotel
Cada que voy a ciudad de México me hospedó en este hotel, tiene una excelente ubicación, la zona es segura y su personal siempre supera mis expectativas, son muy atentos.
Nada malo que decir
La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones estan bien, el personal en general es muy amable.
El estacionamiento es limitado y como no habia lugar me enviaron al estacionamiento del Hotel Metropol, en el cual el personal de recepción de la noche y del estacionamiento de la noche fueron muy groseros conmigo (no es la primera vez que sucede). Llamé al hotel Marlowe y me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada al respecto solo hablarles para decirles que tenia que recibir mi auto. Esta situación arruino mi estancia. Ojalá puedan mejorar en ese aspecto para que la experiencia del hospedaje no tenga inconvenientes.
La habitación en si, comida y limpia
Que tuve problemas con la reserva y no pude solucionar, por políticas del hotel y booking, solo tener cuidado con las fechas seleccionadas
La ubicación es excepcional, tienes prácticamente todo cerda. Y si deseas moverte a algún lugar lejano, te queda cerca la terminal del metro, metro bus, etc

Muy cerca de museos, de bellas artes ,del zócalo puedes ir y venir caminando. Cerca del metro san Juan de letran y bellas artes.
No tiene que ver con el hotel si no con que hay demasiado comercio ambulante y da mal aspecto.
Con el hotel no pueden pedirte un servicio de Uber

Que las habitaciones no están aisladas al caminar por los pasillos se escucha las charlas que tienen dentro de las habitaciones

El chico que nos recibió fué un poco grosero/prepotente, la habitación no estaba completamente limpia (había pelo/cabello en el piso) dos de las toallas estaban sucias (tenían manchas) deberían de poner papel higiénico nuevo y bolsas de basura en los botes.
