Pros:

El hotel muy cómodo y las habitaciones bonitas y acogedoras. Todo el personal muy amable

Cons:

Desgraciadamente y no es culpa del hotel, durante toda nuestra estancia hubo mucho escándalo con las fiestas chinas en la calle.

Great location in the old town; unfriendly and unhelpful reception; no fridge

Great location for visiting the centro historico.

Cons:

My room had a small window in the corner of the room hence it was always dark. As my stay was for 7 days, after my second night there, I asked if I could move to a room with a bigger window and more light. Straight faced reception, offering no friendly apology or suggestion of future availability, said there were no rooms available except considerably more expensive balcony rooms. The porter took me to see one and en route we passed a room with a big window being cleaned. Knowing I'd seen this room, I was given it the next day.
A taxi driver used by the hotel left me at the wrong square in Mexico City, despite having been shown the address, written by me on a piece of paper. Thereafter I used Uber.
Mexico City can get very hot and was mid to late 20 degrees centigrade while I was there in March. There was no fridge in either of the rooms.
I would recommend the sweetish processed bread served at breakfast is replaced with a better quality local bread I was served elsewhere.

Me fue muy bien
Pros:

A pesar de llegar tarde, nos dieron una habitación. Ademas todo está cerca de hotel como transportes publicos, restaurantes y lugares turisticos. El cuarto también se encontraba limpio.

Hotel con excelente ubicación y limpieza
Pros:

Tiene muy buena ubicación, la limpieza excelente y de cortesía nos dejaron hacer el check in antes, lo cual nos ayudó mucho porque nuestra visita a la ciudad fué por un evento y pudimos dejar maletas.

Cons:

Lo único era que no había tv por cable pero realmente no fué un problema.

Excelente ubicación y servicio
Pros:

La ubicación, el que tenga estacionamiento,, las habitaciones limpias y el personal muy amable. Aunque no los utilice por el clima en el momento; había varios cobertores disponibles

Cons:

Pues a lo mejor es un detalle menor pero me hubiera gustado una habitación con vista a la calle.
Las habitaciones son poco amplias pero bien distribuidas.
