Cozy boutique hotel with all amenities.
Pros:

Cozy boutique hotel in the North east part of Zanzibar. Comfortable rooms, pool, dinner & cocktails, spa & music entertainment were all enjoyable. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Beach access is a little walk away.

Central stay in Nairobi
Pros:

I loved the service of the restaurant she was casual but very good at customer service and the receptionist too. The second room was facing the river and trees which was relaxing.

Cons:

The pool area felt empty and lacked food and beverage service, which made the experience less enjoyable.

The biggest issue was the internet connection, which was not working properly throughout my stay. As I was staying at the hotel for work, this had a significant impact on me and caused delays in completing and submitting my reports.

The reception manager and IT manager made genuine efforts to assist me and arranged for me to work from a different room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the connection continued to disconnect constantly. I believed my work had been saved, only to discover that it had not, and I had to redo everything from the beginning.

While I appreciated the management team’s efforts to resolve the situation, the unreliable internet was extremely frustrating and significantly affected my work and overall experience.
