The toilets are too small for men parts

Nice restaurant and room. The service from all staff was lovely and it made the stay a found memory. Plenty off open space to relax within the hotel area.

A bit dated but fair for what you are paying. Gated with security, feels safe.

We had the best of our family moments at Boulevard. Great ambience, amazing staff( My credit goes to Pauline- waitress) she was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, always there for us with a smile despite her busy schedule.
Tasty food especially the biting i.e chicken wings, fish fingers n samosa which we'd to keep adding more we couldn't get enough of them since they were so delicious 😋 👌
The mbuzi part of it killed the show, dry n wet fry with nan bread. Drinks also well prepared though took long preparation time we'd to keep following up to the Bar.

I have stayed at the Hotel Boulevard several times and I am always happy to return. The hotel is safe and secure. It is a peaceful oasis in the CBD of Nairobi. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed and an excellent hot shower. The breakfast buffet has an incredible selection. I highly recommend Hotel Boulevard.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff generally friendly. The restaurant and lounge are well staffed by knowledgeable, even artistic, employees. The only disappointment was that we were unable to get extra bottled water from the front desk. "We dont do that" is not a phrase that I expect to hear at a top-notch hotel.

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights before the start of a tour.
The staff here were lovely, all very helpful and friendly.
The hotel itself is quite large with the rooms all in one multistory building andvthe restaurant, bar and variety of seating areas beside it.
Our room was good, it overlooked the pool. The shower was good and there was hot water and free toiletries. I didn't see any elevators so you'll need to carry bags upstairs or have someone from the hotel help.
Wifi was available and free of charge, worked well.
We ate almost all meals at the hotel and really enjoyed them all. The prices seemed reasonable but I dont have other restaurants in Nairobi to compare to.
You can buy bottled water at the bar but the addition of a small store for buying water and snacks at a cheaper price than at the bar to eat in your room would be a good addition.

Not a good experience. No hot water. Despite multiple requests, they ignored my requests to set up the TV, which was just static. At the restaurant it took almost 90 minutes to receive my order despite repeated inquiries.

I liked the breakfast. It was lovely and had variety.

But could you add a linen or smaller duvet because the nights get cold. Also add bathroom sandles. Otherwise the hotel is good

Very comfortable and quaint hotel. Lovely staff. Especially Saul. He was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Food was great too.

My husband and I spent 3 days at Hotel Boulevard Nairobi which we found to be in great location. We we like to explore on foot so were able to walk to several markets, the Nairobi Museum and to a couple of Malls. We were well looked after by Eunice and the reception team as well as Stephen and the catering team.

The location is excellent. Don't purchase the buffet breakfast, it is not worth the money. The staff is friendly and helpful.
