Piękny obiekt z klasą. Profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Dwa baseny na zewnątrz oraz zejście bezpośrednio do morza jest absolutnie wspaniałe. Czułam się zadbana w każdej chwili. Hotel bardzo przyjazny zwierzętom, na które czeka wyprawka w pokoju. Pokój przestronny, czysty z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Przepyszne śniadanie jak i jedzenie w barze przy basenie. Widok z hotelu jest niesamowity.
Niektórzy goście, ktòrzy nie potrafią się zachować. Ale to nie wina hotelu.
Location, beach club
The service is not at 5 star level. Room cleaning service showed up at 4pm, which for a weekend stay is really unfortunate. We asked for a reservation at their restaurant through their whatsapp channel and never got a response, once we checked in they said they couldn’t find the message and they would take care of the reservation, then we show up at the restaurant and again they said there was no reservation under our name. The service during breakfast is slow and not attentive, we had to request water multiple times as it’s not available at the buffet, and they got our food order wrong.

Le service pas à la hauteur du standing que revendique l’hôtel et des prix pratiqués : le jeune personnel est relativement sympathique mais n’est pas formé comme on l’attendrait à ce niveau de standing, des surcoûts multiples ridicules (22€ de parking facturés pour le parking pour une chambre à 1000€ la nuit), personnel débordé et attente très longue à la Chicoula, restaurant principal bon mais pas au niveau du standing de l’hôtel non plus
Stunning location and decor, comfortable bed and great sized room, fabulous food, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, would definitely return to this ‘wow’ hotel!

stunning location, super curated-hi level interior design, spotless room, amazing breakfast. the Spa was definitely another highlight.
The pool area and dinner service were unfortunately not up to the standard we expected: service was often slow and inattentive, with delays, forgotten orders and little attention to keeping the pool area properly maintained. At dinner, despite the selection of expensive wines, the team was not sufficiently knowledgeable or prepared to guide and recommend wines according to our preferences, that i would have expected from a 5 stars hotel.

Food, both in the pool restaurant and main restaurant, was delicious.
