Dirty damp smelly room
Pros:

The location was perfect for me having come in from an international flight of 17 hours including connecting flight to Knoxville. Check in was quick and staff were very friendly and efficient

Cons:

The room had a damp musty smell and I immediately saw how dirty the kitchen was. As I showered I noticed hair and dirt in the bathroom. I checked the bed was clean and just went to sleep as exhausted. In the morning light I realised just how dirty the room was. I was so shocked and really not happy as I paid a lot of money to stay there. I didn’t eat breakfast as it put me off so I packed my bag and went next door to Crackerbarrel and paid out more money

Pros:

All was pretty good, we stayed sept.2 & sept. 6 same hotel same location. And on our sept. 6 stay, the lady at the desk said I was booked through a 3rd party, I said I did it thru booking.com, and she said something about a 3rd party and they had to put a hold on my credit card! I nearly lost my cool. I am very protective of my credit and money and I don’t know why! I do not like that. Makes me not ever want to use these booking services ever again!

The location is ok, had a Cracker Barrel next to it!

Cons:

The bed was comfortable and I would stay at a mainstays again, I love the space of the room and full Refridge etc.

Awful Hotel
Cons:

Extreme moldy smell and the place wasn't very clean. My husband was standing out front waiting on the pizza delivery guy and a woman approached him and offered sexual favors. (Blow Job) to be exact. We will not be returning on our next stay.

Friendly manager
Pros:

Full size fridge. The manger was super nice. Being right beside cracker barrel.

The pot smell. I understand hotels can't control people's actions. It was at entrance.

A convenient place to shower and sleep at a decent price
Pros:

At first I liked it seemed it was an upgrade from 2 double bed room to a single bed room with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave

Cons:

The comfort, the sound from the interstate which was different from the previous stay when I was in a room on the central avenue side. The bathroom sink spigot made it difficult to wash hands. Even though the room appeared clean their were areas that were nasty, specifically sneeze stains on chairs at the table, the hair dryer (which i didnt use but noticed) had stains as if it hadn't been wiped out in some time and the bathtub drain more than likely needed some attention seeing how the water didnt drain sufficiently.
