Pros:

Location is great! So close to anything you'd want to do while in Knoxville. There wasn't many options with the breakfast but overall my stay was great.

Pros:

Convenient to interstate

Cons:

The bedsheets had holes in them and they were bally. Room smelled like food. Dishwasher had scum around the seal and fridge was smelly. There were only two paper towels left on the roll with no extra roll available. Dead cockroaches in the room as well.

Cons:

Hotel smelled. I booked for two double beds when I checked in was given one king bed went to change rooms was told they did not have any that I could get my money back and go with another hotel. I booked the other hotel and they denied my refund. Do not stay here. Very disappointed. Also has roaches.

Two rooms, full fridge, hot plate, dining room.

Cons:

The beds were clean but that was about it. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and a used coffee bag. There was a hairball and a fingernail in the carpet and the carpet along every wall was dirty.
The TVs are small considering the room size.
There weren't enough towels or shampoo for our group of five, not enough coffee.

All in all a nice stay - we would stay here again - thank you!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and nice - staff was very friendly - we would stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit older and could use some renovation - but rooms were clean and supplies adequate so we were very comfortable.

Won't stay at a Mainstay again. Beds were like sleeping on a slab of cement.
Pros:

Location was great, right off the highway with lots of restaurants and gas close by.

Cons:

First room smelled like total mildew. Second room was better. But bathroom tub had hair in it and hair on floor. Mirrors were not cleaned. Table had greasy finger prints. Chairs had food smeared on the backs where you grab them. I cleaned them off with my wipes. Very tired from 10 hrs in the car and didn't feel like changing rooms again. There were also chip crumbs on floor in closet room behind the door. And I picked up chocolate covered raisins from the rug in main area! Desk clerk upon checking out did not ask any questions about why I said the room wasn't clean, just said sorry.

Very nice hotel. Good value.
Pros:

We arrived late, but the desk clerk was really nice. Made check in easy. And the room was much better then I expected. I would stay there again If we were in the area.
