Agradable y divertido!!
Pros:

El personal muy cálido y amable!!

Cons:

Almorzamos el día de la llegada y los platos son exageradamente grandes, me refiero al tamaño de los platos , son muy difíciles para manipular, me tocó pedir un plato pequeño!!el contenido estuvo bien

Quiet family friendly resort with beautiful views and attentive staff!
Pros:

So much to like about this beautiful resort! The reception staff were extremely welcoming and my room was ready on time. The two pools were both gorgeous with plenty of shaded seating available to avoid the sun during the hottest part of the day. The pool bar staff are very attentive and make sure your drinks don't stay empty for long. The view from the ocean view rooms is spectacular, and offer plenty of quiet privacy. The whole resort is kept immaculately clean. The included breakfast buffet offered a great selection of freshly prepared and tasty food. Finally, they had an impressive collection of Italian wines to choose from at the restaurant to pair with dinner. It was truly a great vacation thanks to Shana!

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was great with the exception of the Argentinean Sirloin. The walk back from the beach along the private access trail can be a bit challenging in the hottest part of the day.

Atención excelente, tranquilidad absoluta, trataron con cariño a mi mascota. Desayuno excelente. Volveremos sin duda.

Cons:

Muchas cuestas pero puedes usar el carrito del hotel.
La playa es pequeña y sin oleaje, deliciosa para nadar, niños, adultos mayores pero tiene muchas piedras. Recomiendo zapatos acuáticos, son baratos y te resuelven.

Wouldn’t recommend to family or friends, too many other hotels.
Pros:

It’s a pretty area.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t friendly at all with the exception of Jairo the golf cart driver and the guy who organizes guest services. Felt like I was doing them a favor by staying there! Also the hike to go down to the cove is pretty but very steep. Attached is two pictures of the path to go up and down to beach.

El sitio es muy bonito, las habitaciones geniales y con todo lo necesario, el desayuno increíble y las áreas de la piscina como para no salir de allí.... Nos encantó todo

Cons:

Las cuestas que había que subir pero no fue problema alguno.... y si llevas maletas debes subir escaleras (aunque te ofrecen a alguien que te ayude a subirlas)

10 out of 10--Would do it again!
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Even before we arrived, they quickly responded to any question we had. And from the moment we arrived, they were very friendly and helpful. We even had an issue come up on our last day after we had already checked out, and the staff bent over backwards to help us resolve our concern. We also loved the proximity to the beautiful beach and Manuel Antonio National Park, as well as the amazing views from the restaurant and pool balconies.

Cons:

There is a steep climb up to the reception desk, and stairs would be better than a sidewalk, but they always have someone with a cart ready to drive you up if needed.

La Ubicación espectacular,las instalaciones también excelente el recinto es hermoso.

Cons:

La comida no es buena precio calidad debe mejorar.
Las duchas en las habitaciones estuve en dos distintas y deben realizar mantencion poco flujo de agua en ambas.
Las camas colchón muy duro poco cómodo se puede mejorar.
Tener dispositivos de agua o en las habitaciones por cortesía si es posible.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would gladly stay here again!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Shana’s by the beach. The location was fantastic, close to the activities I want to do in Manuel Antonio. The property itself was pretty clean and the well maintained, which made our stay enjoyable. The pool and the restaurant was absolutely amazing which allowed us to see an incredible sunset from both areas. The access to the beach was also a plus, it’s just a short walk away, and while it takes a little bit of time to get there, it’s completely worth it once you arrive. The staff was attentive.

Cons:

One downside of my stay was the bed—it was much too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. While everything else about the hotel was great, this did take away a bit from the overall experience.

Très agréable séjour au Shana avec un personnel très aimable et accueillant
Pros:

L’hôtel Shana bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont très propres et les espaces communs conviviaux. Le restaurant propose une cuisine de qualité et variée.

Cons:

Les chambres standard sont un peu petites pour une famille et nous n’avions qu’une fenêtre qui donnait sur une cours intérieure
Difficile de se garer au vu de la configuration de l’hôtel mais le personnel trouvait toujours une solution

don't rent a superior room
Pros:

Cons:

well , impossible to stay on the terrasse with all the air conditionner (5) just under who brings a lot of heat and the worst is the noise at night.
Nothing to hang the old towels we got in the bathroom.
the mini bar completely empty.
As I wanted to do my proposal to my fiancé, I ask before arrival if I could get a room in the high floor. we were located on floor level with access by the basement.
I even propose to pay a little extra for this occasion.
