La mejor experiencia en Manuel antonio
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena , tiene una playa conjunta al hotel muy linda. Instalación muy confortable la naturaleza del lugar espectacular.

Cons:

Se cortó la luz una noche , al parecer no había respaldo energético . El valor puede mejorar lo demás muy bueno el personal atento

Habitación muy amplia, de las más grandes donde me he hospedado! Cercanía a la playa excelente y piscina agradable

Cons:

No tenía suficientes parqueos! Se tenía que dejar el vehículo afuera en algunos casos!

Beautiful hotel, incredible anima sightings!
Pros:

I saw more animals on this property than in national parks: monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws.
The pools are amazing

Cons:

Parking sucks, it’s not well managed. Also they had to do some work in our room while we were there and the staff was quite rude, texting us before 8am, then knocking our bedroom door around 9 again for the same. We had arrived late the night before, it wasn’t great. And similar experience on our last day that the cleaning crew came in while we were still gathering our stuff to leave.

Quiet family friendly resort with beautiful views and attentive staff!
Pros:

So much to like about this beautiful resort! The reception staff were extremely welcoming and my room was ready on time. The two pools were both gorgeous with plenty of shaded seating available to avoid the sun during the hottest part of the day. The pool bar staff are very attentive and make sure your drinks don't stay empty for long. The view from the ocean view rooms is spectacular, and offer plenty of quiet privacy. The whole resort is kept immaculately clean. The included breakfast buffet offered a great selection of freshly prepared and tasty food. Finally, they had an impressive collection of Italian wines to choose from at the restaurant to pair with dinner. It was truly a great vacation thanks to Shana!

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was great with the exception of the Argentinean Sirloin. The walk back from the beach along the private access trail can be a bit challenging in the hottest part of the day.

Cons:

Parken mit größerem Auto sehr eng, haben dann außerhalb an den Hotelparkplätzen einen freien Platz ergattert

Atención excelente, tranquilidad absoluta, trataron con cariño a mi mascota. Desayuno excelente. Volveremos sin duda.

Cons:

Muchas cuestas pero puedes usar el carrito del hotel.
La playa es pequeña y sin oleaje, deliciosa para nadar, niños, adultos mayores pero tiene muchas piedras. Recomiendo zapatos acuáticos, son baratos y te resuelven.

Wouldn’t recommend to family or friends, too many other hotels.
Pros:

It’s a pretty area.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t friendly at all with the exception of Jairo the golf cart driver and the guy who organizes guest services. Felt like I was doing them a favor by staying there! Also the hike to go down to the cove is pretty but very steep. Attached is two pictures of the path to go up and down to beach.
