Great would stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast offered was great and had so many options and the views were amazing. Javier, Lusandro, Edgar, Andrei, Lester, and Kevin were such a great help throughout our entire stay. The room was large and spacious and had all the needed essentials. The private beach had a beautiful walk and was amazing to have available.

Nothing comes to mind.

Lindo pero no excelente, no fue lo que esperaba.
Pros:

La habitación muy bonita, el servicio de restaurante en la tarde y para la cena, además del desayuno estuvo muy bien.
El personal fue increíblemente amable en especial Kevin, el chico que conduce el carrito de golf un 10/10 su servicio fue impecable, nos hizo sentir cómodos y fue muy cálido contar con el, amable, simpático y servicial.

Cons:

La piscina principal estaba en mantenimiento así que estaba cerrada, eso no se nos informó y cuando llegamos nos tomó por sorpresa, solo estaba habilitada una piscina mucho más pequeña y hasta peligrosa para niños, fue estresante ver tanta gente en esa área eso me decepcionó bastante. Venden el acceso a playa Biezans (que si es hermosa), como algo fácil y de “5 minutos a pie” pero la realidad es que es poco amigable, es mucho más lejos, hay muchos escalones, postes caídos o flojos, con los cables caídos, viajé con adultos mayores y eso fue terrible, no es tan sencillo como lo hacen parecer en la publicidad. Los precios del restaurante si estaban muy elevados y varios de los platillos no estuvieron buenos como la pizza de prosiuto que estaba inmasticable y el arroz con camarones que estaba extremadamente grasoso y falto de sabor, a pesar de indicárselo al mesero no pasó de ahí…
Yo fui con mucha ilusión, de verdad fue decepcionante, no volvería.

Excelente, MAS.......
Pros:

Localização. Praia muito próxima. Parque de Estacionamento no Hotel

Cons:

Pequeno Almoço a melhorar, pouca variedade e ter que pagar 5/7 euros por um Café Expresso ou Cappuccino, não cabe na cabeça de ninguém.
Pior mesmo é a Insonorização do quarto, do mais fraco em que estive para um Hotel de 4 estrelas.

hermoso hotel en la selva
Pros:

desayuno muy variado, frutas, proteínas, yogurt, panificados Etc, el restaurante cuenta con una buena carta aunque obviamente un tanto cara para lo que ofrece pero se entiende estando dentro de un hotel. la habitación es grande y cómoda, limpia, con café de cortesía, cama cómoda no tanto las almohadas. Lo que tiene de hermoso el hotel es que estas a unos metros de la playa y con sensación de estar en el medio de la selva. muy bonito

En mi opinión si llegas en auto vas a estar muy cómodo aunque no fue nuestro caso y la verdad que el primer día nos sentimos un poco atrapadas ya que no hay nada cerca para comer ni centros comerciales ni nada y terminamos en el restaurante del hotel. el segundo día comenzamos a movernos con Uber y todo bien. Pero es algo a tener en cuenta me parece porque puede llegar a condicionarte, la llegada a la playa tampoco es para cualquier persona me parece ya que el camino es con bajadas y subidas altas y yo siendo una persona que hace actividad física de forma contidiana lo sentí muy exigido.

Excellent séjour à Manuel Antonio!
Pros:

Bel hôtel, à côté du Parc National de Manuel Antonio. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. La restauration est bonne (petit déjeuner copieux et bon, snacking le midi au bord de la piscine, dîner le soir très bon).
Le personnel est adorable et attentionné.
Mention spéciale à la directrice!
La plage est sublime et les piscines bien aménagées.

Beautiful property and nicest staff
Pros:

The staff was so incredibly nice and they even upgraded our room to a junior suite and sent us some fruit because it was our anniversary! They made us feel so special. The room and property were beautiful. It truly felt like a 5 star hotel
