Cheap hostel vibes, not worth the price

The bed was comfortable and the receptionists kind. Not too far from the tram stop.

Établissement situé à seulement 10 minutes en tram du centre-ville, linge de toilette changer tous les jours, logement fonctionnel

Cons:

l isolation des lieux n est pas au rdv, sur plusieurs jours on se rend très vite compte des résidents bruyants qui ne savent pas respecter un endroit collectif aussi bien le matin que le soir : bruits de clés dans la serrure, claquements de porte, bruits de chaises traînées au sol, bruits de pas, on entend le voisinage des autres logements parler.
A l étage odeur de cigarette quotidienne et très présente dans les communs.
Suggestions : salle de bain ajouter un sèche sèche cheveux , parmi les ustensiles de cuisine ajouter une planche à découper, un petit saladier, une cloche de protection pour le micro ondes.

Nous avons eu une expérience inédite dans cette établissement avec une remise des clés avec une chambre pas nettoyée puis des problèmes dans la nouvelle chambre proposé (un plat en décomposition avait été laissé dans le four à micro-onde) laissant une odeur infecte... Un 3ème changement de chambre... Le personnel pas au courant de notre problématique alors que nous devions voir tout ceci avec lal directrice.
Bref, je laisse ce commentaire pour que vous preniez conscience que cet établissement n'est absolument pas 3* comme mentionné. Nous avons été remboursés après un certain temps suite à un courrier, photos et vidéos à l'appui. Nous avions choisi cet établissement car il était à côté d'un lieu de concert.

Prima voor een tussenstop op doorreis
Pros:

Prima locatie, met het tramstation op loopafstand is de oude binnenstad goed te bereiken.

Cons:

Erg warme kamer en in de avond/nacht veel lawaai van buiten.
