Late night checkin
Pros:

The ease of checking in so late. I was sick and all I wanted was to lay down.

Cons:

I had no issues whatsoever other than the pancake machine not working properly for breakfast. And the water pipe was a little rough and loud in the sink....as if the room hadn't been used in a minute

Keenan at the front desk was especially professional and kind.

Cons:

The attendant in the breakfast area was rude. He seemed bothered when we asked for napkins because there were none where the cutlery was located. For some reason, he set up the napkins around the corner from the food area. They were only where the coffee was. Unless you got coffee, you wouldn't have seen the napkins. We also witnessed him telling another guest where to go find lids for coffee cups instead of getting them for her. He scolded me and another guest for not using the tongs to pick up bagels, but there were no tongs near the bagel station because they were in a container in another area.

I enjoy my stay cannot wait to return
Pros:

When I went to the front desk I was able to get what I need what I was missing and even when I called the front desk the service came right on up it didn't take all day or I wasn't forgotten about.
