Motel is okay but need to updated.

I don't expect a lot but seriously how difficult is it to have items in the room work properly. Staff was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Also, I'm tired of staying in places where there are "residents!" That will be a question I ask going forward. The pool photo, doesn't look anything like that. Ants, no cups, sink faucet very bad flow. Just overall not a do again.

My stay was good just needed a place to stay.
I won’t talk bad about my people, it’s Natchez it’s not a 5 star vacation

Safe quiet and good for the price

I booked a room at 7 pm and no where did it say you have to be checked in by 3 pm did not get a room and refused to refund my money WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t stay here

No pool, no breakfast. Messy rooms. Did not stay but was still charged

High Gang Activity! The rooms were trashed. This place does not look like the pictures. They are catfishing people and stealing their booking money.

Cockroaches dirty sheet paint on TV lamp shadows filthy I took pictures we moved to another hotel same night I want a refund fur my room

Nasty and disgusting

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room had very little in it. The tv was not working correctly and u only get 3-4 channels. Tye pool was closed there is no dining and no continental breakfast.

It was okay.

Purchase the room online and then got here at 7:30 on a Saturday evening and there was no one up here and it's non-refundable! After over an hour and then me leaving they called me back and so I got here and then had to pay a $50 cash deposit only on top of my already online payment! But for the price the room was nice! Only other problem is the pool is closed! That sucks

CHANGE THE SIGN ON THE ROAD!!! We reserved at the Fairbridge but now it is called the Roadway!!

It took the VERY nice woman at the front desk to tell us this!!! She was excellent!!

No light turned on when I entered the room. Had to figure out how to get the lights on in the semi-dark. The double lamp between the beds - could not turn it on; I had to plug it in so that one light would work; the second one would not.

Air conditioning could not be properly adjusted.

The room was quiet and affordable; I appreciate that.

Room was not a non smoking room and room had not been cleaned and cable did not work on TV

They weren’t there and we never checked in bc they had no staff and we got charged

Very unsafe rooms, no proper locks on doors. We had a cracked tv and the shower curtain was missing as well as the smoke detector.

It was awful!!! We did not end up staying once we seen the room. And they said they didn’t give refunds The shower had a big crack in it and had nasty stains in it. There was no towels. The toilet didn’t flush. I think the bedding was at least 30 years old. It was so nasty. It didn’t matter we couldn’t get our money back we were not staying there. If I was Expedia I would not offer that hotel. I would give it a zero if your survey would let me

There was no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. Over half of the outlets did not work. Had to go ask for big towels and bath cloths. Very inconvenient.
