Horrible, staff and management does not care if you had a bad stay or good stay. Marriott comp. doesn't care either. Multiple things wrong with property including 7-8 cars broken into along with others attempted and damaged windows. Staff knew about problem abd did nothing or warn anyone. They protected thier cars by parking under the awning to keep an eye on them. Ran out of coffee, waffle batter butter, cream cheese, milk, enlish muffins, reg bagels and much more. When asked tge breakfast person, response to us " I'm sorry we ran out". Pool was closed on spring break weekend. Staff was not at front desk or answer phone for long periods of time. Bed were horrible, everyone in our party had back pain from sleeping there, on top of that we did not get the rooms we reserved. Which I know aren't guaranteed but im not sure the even tried.
I gave every opportunity to make it right and was treated like an inconvenience. Called Marriott corp, twice, second time was put on hold for 35 min to talk to a manager because the only nice person I talked to said she wanted to elevate it to a manager and was having a hard time getting one on the phone. That manager was uncaring, rude, and lying to us. As we were talking to her she put us on hold mid sentence for another 20 min the hung up on us

The staff was very helpful and friendly upon checking in and breakfast person was trying very hard to just a lot of broken equipment.
The bed sheet were torn the bed was not very comfortable. And the room smelled musty or moldy when you walk in. The sink drain pipe in the bathroom was very moldy. Room 411

Disappointed that the pool was not heated and the spa was out of commission. Missed using both.
Older motel but was very clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Breakfast was good. Had 2 hot dishes plus the usual of fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels.
Hard to regulate the AC. To cold & then to hot. Bed was very firm. Guide button did not work on TV; had to channel up & down one channel at a time.
Front desk staff was friendly and engaging.
Air conditioner worked when it wanted to. Water softener out of control - very difficult to wash the soap off.
Bathroom sink needs minor maintenance - tang to pop-up was cut too short and the drain pop-up is 90% closed.
The breakfast was wonderful and everyone was very nice.
Please check your hot water heater. I never got hot water for a shower. I checked the sink also and never got hot water. It was not cold cold but it needs to be checked.
Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and had variety such as eggs, crerals, potatoes, waffles, yogurts and other options.
Got this hotel since it had an indoor pool and were traveling with a soccer team for a tournament. We knew it was going to be fresh so indoor pool will work for the kids. Well the water temperature was 60 degrees and the kids weren't able to enjoy the pool. When asked at front desk, she told us yes the water is super cold and of course the jacuzzi was out of order.
