The refrigerator did not work, one was brought up and placed on the floor
The bathtub was not the one pictured in the photos at the time of selecting a room.
Went down to the restaurant for dinner, waited 10 minutes and was not offered anything to drink

one of the best locations to shop... also there is a garage that you can park underneath the hotel

Cons:

the 1st room that we got was one of those connect rooms and the folks next door was loud until 4:30am... i made a noise complaint, still did not make a difference when one lady was laughing loud! Hotel switched our room the next day... that saved us!

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Very pretty, extremely clean, the staff are polite, helpful and efficient and the location at North Hills Mall can't be beat.

Cons:

It was expensive, especially with so many other hotels around, especially for October. But we had a lovely time al the same.

There’s far better hotels in the area at the same price point. I feel I overpaid for what I got.

The location is fantastic. The staff is very nice and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

Paying top-tier prices for a room where the air-conditioning was marginal at best, the desktop was delaminating, the toilet was loose, and the room generally had an older rundown look
