About the only thing that was good was the Price.
The counter staff was very unfriendly and would not let me pay for my reservation. The place looked like a dump even after they supposedly just remodeled. Would not recommend.
The price (hotels are getting so expensive these days). The location, close to the interstate and a couple of good restaurants. The refund I received for not staying all 3 days.
The hotel had an odd odor. The room had a couple of items detached from the wall: hair dryer and toilet paper holder. The bed sheet had a body stain on it; I'm glad I had another bed option. The AC cut off in the middle of the night. I had to get out of bed and turn it on again in the middle of the night. The breakfast only had bread items, no protein and no fruit. I asked for a wake-up call and never received it' glad I had my phone alarm as a backup.
Room was musty and smelled like vomit. Other than that it, was a large room with two queen size beds. Bathroom was adequate...but was first hotel that the only amenity offered was a mini bar of soap; it was a good thing I bought our own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It was 2 AM when we arrived, so we just crashed about 4 AM for six hours, and got out 10 minutes before checkout time. Staff was friendly. Another weird thing about hotel is that NONE of the exterior doors were locked...you could just walk right in off the street, my son discovered this when he ran out to the truck for his charging cord...non existent security...luckily I always carry so that issue would have been short lived... Continental breakfast is not a hot meal, some fruit, cereal, rolls etc...typical cold hotel "continental" (read cheap and free) meal.
The price for the room was about right but wish it hadn't smelled so bad.
Smelled like vomit in room
I love rhe owner and her family. They were extremely nice.
I didn't like the comforter in bed was a little stained and this time the pool was dirty.
The lobby had a very strong perfume fragrance that was choking and flared my allergies and the room smelled stale like old cigarettes. The bathroom looked like it was halfway through renovations with a chunk of drywall missing and dirty shower curtains. The water was also shut off for repairs with no notice. The breakfast the next morning was a poor assortment of dry muffins and bagels. It was definitely a 60 dollar hotel stay.
The location
They gave me the wrong room. They then assigned some other guest to our room and they walked in our room. I asked if I could get a blanket and a sheet for the pull out couch I was given one blanket and was told there was no sheets for the pull out couch. I asked if I could get something to put over the mattress which is wrapped in plastic. I was told no the one blanket he gave me was all I could get. I would definitely look for other places to stay. This place is horrible. The electrical in the room I’m staying in is shorting out.
Where it’s located and that’s literally it!
It’s run down and should be condemned! If I gave you a list of what’s right with the place it’d be a lot shorter list! I won’t stay here ever again unfortunately. Also held a $100 deposit on the room. The rest of the hotels I’ve stayed in on my week long trip none of them did this, and the rest were upscale hotels. Unlike this run down place. Asked for two towels and could only get one because it was Memorial Day weekend. This stay was overpriced, and they should’ve paid me to stay there!😬
The price was low and the night front desk staff is nice.
The hotel is very rundown and in disrepair. Breakfast is questionable. Claims to be queen beds but seem to be full size.
I didn’t see anything but cereal
No hot breakfast
I liked size of queen beds, friendly staff,
a laundry room is always a plus!!!
I really don't have a negative comment, everything was acceptable!!
There's. 2 floors if you have a lot of bags be prepared for Stairs
