Pros:

The property was very nice about refunding us.Our money for the incident that we witnessed.

Cons:

We got to the hotel an less than 20 minutes of checking in. My husband looked at the window, and there were guys in the parking lot with masks and guns breaking into cars. And we had 2 of our vehicles there. So we immediately checked out.

It was decent.
Pros:

The staff was very professional and friendly. They gave me a quiet room like I requested.
The room was nice, the carpet felt a bit damp for some reason… but other than it was clean and nice. The bed was amazing!

Cons:

Clean carpet better. Also for a $100 a night maybe you guys can provide water bottles.. just two at least, also these mini size toothpaste and brush. I had to leave the property and drive just to get these simple things.

The staff was nice

Cons:

Check in was 3pm. I got there at 2:30 and was told it would be $52 to check in a half hour early. Waited till 3pm and got my room. The bed has some kind of stains on the box spring covers, the bathtub had ring of dirt in the tub. The bathroom was outdated and had rust and peeling paint in the corners. I requested another room and at least it was clean.
