Pros:

I like that the room was so welcoming and bed was very comfy the breakfast was decent. Now the staff and especially the front desk worker she was amazing. She was so nice she extend my kids pool time in which they enjoyed thank you so much for making our stay GREAT

Could not sleep due to loud AC – no solution provided
Pros:

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.

The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud—it woke my children and us up at 3:00 AM. The noise was unbearable, and we had to turn it off. Unfortunately, the heat then made it very difficult to sleep.

We contacted the front desk that night and were told the hotel was sold out and no room change was available. Maintenance came the next day and confirmed the unit is old and the noise comes from the motor, but no solution was provided.

We ended up spending two nights turning off the AC just to be able to rest, which meant sleeping in uncomfortable heat.

Additionally, our room was not serviced during our stay, and no flexibility or support was offered despite the issues.

Considering the high rate we paid due to a tournament, we expected a much better level of comfort and service.

Overall, very frustrating, especially traveling with children.

Consistently a great stay over the years.
Pros:

We continue to return to this property when it is available whenever we visit our son who attends FSU. The staff is always friendly, the room very clean, the breakfast is just right for us. We truly appreciate the consistency we have experienced here for the past four years.
