First of all the ladies that worked there were rude. On lady had her baby with her while she was helping customers. I asked for two wash rags they could only give me one because laundry wasn't done. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet wouldn't flush all the way. When we went for breakfast it was all gone at 7:30 in the morning. If staff knew there were a lot of workers there they should have made more. Unfortunately we stayed two nights because my brother passed away and I was there for his funeral. I drove all the way from Kansas. I have to say this was the worst for me especially for the price.
The toilet was leaking so I went and I told him about it they fixed it the toilet kept running I went and I told him about it and they claim they fixed it but they didn't the toilet kept on running and I went back to the office and I told him the same thing again and It never got fixed , I wanted a different room but they didn't suggest it we were gone for a while and we came back and the door was opened I went to the front office and I explained i, why was my door open anybody could have gone in there we had valuables the customer service at the desk said will let the manager know but I'm not sure if it was done.while I was gone my son was in the room they kept on knocking on the door and asking if we were leaving when we had just checked in it happened several times.. still told the front desk before we checked ut about the toilet..i always stay at this location when on a trip. Never have i experienced this before.
Manager should of attened the situation and should had put us in different room and should talk to their maintance and cleaning crew.

The “breakfast “ was picked up before the time was up. The key didn’t work and had to go back down for a second one. Facility is old and dated. Dead roach in the restroom.

Everything, the rooms were old, the bathroom smells like drainage and the door would only open with a machine.
Location
Front desk was rude. Was there for a funeral and they did not accommodate at all check in time. AC did not work and front desk did nothing about it.
They would not let me rent the room cause I was from the same town and tried charging me 100 dollars more just in case I broke something I’m like you all are not letting me get the room but you want to charge 100 more
