AC wasn’t working, I spoke to staff and they said they couldn’t change my room or fix it. There was a heatwave and they couldn’t fix the AC????? I loved how the hotel looked but wouldn’t book again because I was sweating in the room and couldn’t enjoy anything. The hallway was colder than my room….

There wasn't anything. We did have a problem with the ac. We couldn't get it to reduce.
Good location for media city and corrie tour
Staff ignored us and found rude, was a football match on with 2 people on bar yet only one serving who ignored us, check only one petson on and had to wait ages. The bed felt like was going to collapse, the air con didn't work and whole hotel was flithy

The rooms looked lovely. It was a nice, cosy room with nice wooden features. The TV was good, and the location was good for an event we attended. The staff were quite nice and friendly. The bar was good and had good beer you could bring to your room.
Could have had Q-tips and cotton pads. Slippers and a robe would have been good as well, especially in a more premium hotel with the deposit taken - I do understand people in the UK seem to be taking them, as I haven't seen them in a lot of hotels. The breakfast staff was a bit rushed; we did arrive a little last-minute, but I would have appreciated not being told 2 times that breakfast was shutting down, as I was just grabbing coffee and a light breakfast and still had a bit of time - I understood the first time. feel like breakfast could have been until 10:30 on weekdays, i drove a long time the other day so was very tired. A smart TV would have been great to watch YouTube.
