The entire hotel staff is cheerful and inviting. In the dining room, they reserved tables for us to watch futball World Cup where the atmosphere was exciting and the service by Taslima and the other Taslima was outstanding. Thank you for the fond memories.

The weather on the day we stayed at this hotel was around 30 degrees and our room had been bathed in sunlight all day, so it was extremely hot when we arrived. We couldn't figure out how to use the air cooling system and my daughter went down to reception to ask for instructions.
She dealt with a member of the reception team, Keerthana, who was an absolute delight. After accompanying my daughter back to our room to show us how to use the air cooling system, she very kindly offered to send a fan up to the room for us.
From first meeting Keerthama when she checked us in on arrival, she was polite, courteous, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Keerthama is an excellent ambassador for this hotel and she made our stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was very nice with a great selection of items to choose from and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
Taslima was excellent. Service impeccable. Could not do enough for you. Next business trip I will definitely be booking back in at the AC Salford Quays.

Great restaurant staff, especially Taslima! lovey room, however fridge was noisy
Helpful staff, very clean, comfy beds, good location, handy parking and good breakfast.
Bar was very expensive and room was noisier than expected due to traffic and sounds from other rooms (sounded mechanical/electrical).
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, some of the best treatment I've had from hotel staff ever. The Hotel should be very proud of its staff.
The room was clean spacious and well appointed, we ate a latelunch/early diner at the resteraunt and also had breakfast on two mornings, all was tasty and good quality (but the hot food at breakfast was luke warm at best)
My only complaint would be that the air conditioning appeared not to work at all (which considering we were in a heat wave was unfortunate) We stayed for two nights and I mentioned it on the first morning to reception who said they would get the maintainece team to look, but it was in the same condition for the second night.
