Pros:

The location was perfect for us within walking distance of Old Trafford. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and the mini fridge was great to have in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again on our next visit to Manchester.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit temperamental at times but this didn't cause much issue as we're out most of the day.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We enjoyed the experience, especially the view from our room that was amazing! We appreciated the nice touch of coffee and tea available in the room, flavoured water available at the reception and the professional welcome from the receptionists too.

Cons:

Although we were given a disabled room it was ok, exception made for the shower. The shower curtain was way too short, so everytime we used it, the whole bathroom got flooded.

Annoyed that I was presented with something I did not want, but had to take.
Pros:

It is a reasonable hotel. Nothng special, does the job. Clean, well kept. Breakfast is reasonable, too.

Cons:

Being put in an accessibility room with a re-engineered bathroom that is a wet room with limited facilities.
I want to have the choice of being given this special facility - and I would choose to pass.
