To start with,it's a beautiful looking hotel inside. And that's where it ends. The reception had no idea we had upgraded and no idea we had booked a double bed. It has the coldest bar/restaurant we have ever stayed in with a reading of 16.5 Celsius. Jumper and coat kept on during meals. Many of the bedroom doors closed with a bang, waking us up many times. Our bed had the habit of collapsing into the middle. Not sure if the mattress or bed base was knackered but it ended up with both of us waking up face to face.
Clean and presentable, comfortable bed
The very small car park is prone to overflow, and the hotels way around this is suggesting a euro car park across the lot by the McDonalds. Not only is this not as safe, it’s a £1 more expensive than parking at the hotel, and they do not offer this in compensation. You are expected to walk farther for more money at your own expense, it’s ridiculous.
Service in the bar area was great. Efficient and friendly Taslimas table service was exemplary

Me and my wife had a very good time at the hotel. Very impressed with the service provided. Specially the receptionist Rupali . She was very professional and very knowledgeable. She knows how to satisfy the guest with her knowledge and understanding.
