Great for a short stay.
Pros:

The rooms are more than adequate, comfortable. Lots of power points. I chose the hotel for its location - excellent, and parking.

Cons:

I am not a fan of shower over bath, but at least there is a good mat provided to avoid accidents in the bath, while taking a shower. The push buttons on the toilet, to flush, are hard to activate - you need two hands! The air temperature in the room was not working or unresponsive - I couldn't get my room warm enough, despite adjustments using the controls in the room. The pillow options are not great - all are like very firm sausages!

Positive spot.
Pros:

Excellent clean hotel great staff good value central location. Served in the lobby bar by Adam who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was welcome.
Will certainly return.

Cons:

I was advised to pay £100 for "security" which was refundable upon checkout.Its almost one week without the refund.
The toilet in room 812 wasnt flushing well,the know was hard to press.

Great service at the bar / restaurant
Pros:

As a regular visitor to Manchester for business I sometimes stay at this hotel

The service at the bar /restaurant on my recent stay was excellent. Particular mention to Krystian and his colleague Meesha - they ensured I was served quickly, professionally and with minimal fuss. As a solo traveller that is appreciated.

Comfortable stay in a modern, well-located hotel.
Pros:

Modern, well-located hotel close to tram and Salford Quays. Room was clean and well-equipped including a fridge. Hotel was quiet despite being close to a busy road. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only issue was that the fridge was a bit noisy at times. We reported this.
