There’s hair all over the place. No lights in the bathroom. Charges parking for 500 pesos. Reservation says it’s free parking.

The staff were really attentive and always willing to assist with the needs of the guests. Leny and Mona who mans the front desk always has a smile and energy despite the long hours. The initial room we book has issues with the toilet and bath, but we were immediately transferred to a different room.
Staff admitted that they still have things to improve on being they are just new in operations. I'd say the toilet needs to be focused on, on both rooms the toilet are both stained. The appliances are obviously nee however the tv can't be used as there's no remote. It would also be nice if room key card works on the elevator.

No breakfast is a turn off.
Noisy on rooms along Timog. The rooms lack insulation from street noise and woke me up a few times due to loud cars/jeepneys and motorbikes noises.
The location was very good. The restaurant was very good. The service desk it was very attentive.
The air conditioning was not as powerful as I would hope. Minor cosmetic issues.

I kept getting email from the hotel (at least 8 on my last count) instructing me to re-confirm on my already confirmed and paid booking with a threat that if I don't re-confirm and resubmit my credit card again, then the Hotel can release my booked room to another. I ignored the threats as i already had my confirmation booking and paid for it.
The shower had no hot water in the morning and only had a lukewarm water the rest of the day.
Shower water was running all over the comfort room area. Tiles from the CR was broken and retaining water.
We reach a bit earlier at the hotel and we decided to.check In.early but the problem is at the front desk didn't informed.us that since April 17 there's a problem on a wifi and the staff she gave us a qr code but it doesn't work as well. Shower has a problem too. There's a television but we can't watch any movie
Internet connection is very and Television is very old. Will be great if this service would be upgraded.

Everything came with a cost; extra pillows, no vanity kits, no body wash, etc.

The The pool was not clean
I seem to be a safe place to stay.
The place was very old, had 1970s feel to it and its decor . Made a huge mistake in choosing this place. My wife is a Filipino, and her sister, who stayed, ther complained about having issues with the tv not working, and a horrible wifi signal had no restaurant to have breakfast and enjoy. The place over all seemed dead, no activity of people around . My wife and her sister mostly eat food from 7/11 next door and use Grab. When hungry, late restaurants' room service is closed. Only stayed there as a second choice other hotel booked, and it was because nearby was her appointment for seminar for CFO for exit visa of country. I, as an American, was disappointed in choosing a place for my wife to stay for 2 nights. Thank goodness it wasn't longer.

You will never regret booking to this stay, very clean, easy to access, has a nice view over the windows. The Aircondition is great and the service is very good but you need to call on their agent for details, especially which Loft you booked. Example LOFT A, B, or D. Actually I stayed at LOFT D.
