Been several times before, good location

Very disappointed this trip, not cheap and room was pretty tired. Bathroom terrible, old and dirty. Next to the noisy opening door.

Perfect retreat at the gateway to the City
Pros:

First time in a while I've genuinely felt welcomed during check-in. Thank you Cosmo!
Also, shout out to the staff on breakfast shift in the Atrium - professional, courteous and diligent. Delightful.

Bad, cramped, never again
Pros:

Poor maintenance, walls are chipped, cramped, bed were creaking all night, small toilet with lots of dust inside, tiny space for such a big amount of money, etc

Cons:

Everything

Cons:

The bed was comfortable, but the room was furnished with old, worn-out furniture. Nearly every piece had dents and visible signs of wear. The curtains and carpets were stained and discoloured throughout the hotel, giving it a tired and poorly maintained appearance. It was hard to believe that a four-star hotel could be in such condition. The hotel is in urgent need of a complete renovation.

Canberra was freezing outside however the Pavillion was warm and very comfortable.
Pros:

Room was excellent and very clean; I stayed in room 364 which had a lounge room plus a separate bedroom and bathroom, what a room. Every time I come to Canberra I first choice hotel is always the Pavillion. Thank you once again.

Cons:

As is
