Our stay was made easy with the reception staff being welcoming and friendly made navigating a stressful time so easy. W
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and excellent for what we wanted for the night.
The restaurant area was beautiful and it was fun exploring with my 4 year old daughter in the atrium area and seeing the fish. The reception staff were very friendly and amazing with my daughter. The stay was wonderful and somewhere we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything unlikeable about the property.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Pavilion On Northbourne has everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay. The rooms are beautifully presented, beds ensure a good night’s sleep and bathroom more than adequate. Meals are priced competitively, and tasty, so there is no need to go out. Although the hotel is busy, the room we had was so quiet. All staff we encountered were most helpful, professional and welcoming.

Good value hotel in good location.
Pros:

I've stayed here before and location is good. I decided to stay a 2nd night, and reception was able to accommodate that without much fuss. The room rate was great and plenty of parking available. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I paid extra for breakfast which was only just OK.
