Location
Looking a bit dated
location
Staff indifference
Love the atrium area which we spent time in having a drink etc and both nights we had dinner in the restaurant which was great.
A spacious room which was well appointed however the whole brown colour scheme is dark and depressing. Need to add some colour into the room.
Good size appartments
Not many facilities
Love the location - easy to access the light rail station outside the hotel + drive around Canberra - places like the Australian War Memorial and Old Canberra Inn. Love the morning breakfast buffet - lots of good food options. Loved the ground level access to my apartment.
Room decor colour and air conditioning are woefully outdated and need a significant update for modern aesthetics, should have been done many years ago. Solo traveller charged for x 2 people for the buffet breakfast.
The window could be opened as we prefer fresh air to air conditioning
It didn’t look quite like the photo
