A beautiful stay with an amazing view and a relaxing atmosphere.

The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, with a beautiful design.
The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view, especially at sunset.
The staff was kind, professional and always available.

Pros:

Usufruito della colazione dolce mediterranea, buon assortimento di tipologia dolce, sempre disponibile.
Vista mare della camera e della struttura eccezionale, vista del vulcano Etna elettizzante.

Cons:

Servirebbe una varietà di piumini da letto per seguire il clima esterno. Troppo pesanti(per noi)

Pros:

Modern room, decent size, good pillows and bedding

Cons:

The A/C was not working in the whole hotel, because "they didn't switch to the summer mode yet".
It was April and +25 outside.
Impossible to sleep due to heat. Neither it was possible to keep the window open as the rooms are facing a busy noisy street.
Also, disgusting smell of some kind of air freshener in the lobby and all hallways.
Otherwise a good hotel, but I have to rate it badly for the reasons you see above.
Overall, poor quality for its money.

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel mit Meerblick. Sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war trotzdem nett.

Cons:

Kein Shampoo und Haarspülung im Zimmer. Man kann auch nicht im Hotel nachbestellen, sie haben es „nicht mehr“. Die Flasche vom Duschgel ist mit einem anderen billigen Waschmittel nachgefüllt, das nach Aftershave riecht. Keine Kaffeemaschine trotz premium Zimmer. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert nicht.
